Edo Competition tuner is really lucky to have in its hands one of the 30 Ferrari FXXs . Although the FXX was never programmed as a model to hit the public roads, Edo Competition decided the world needed a FXX which can be released on the streets.

The standard FXX received a 6.3L V12 engine capable of 800HP and features 19-inch forged alloy wheels riding on racing slicks, brakes made of a combination of carbon fiber and ceramic, and a gearbox that can shift gears in less than 100ms. In order to furfill the German TÜV regulations Edo didn’t have to make a lot of changes. The biggest hurdle was to raise the car so it would be legal on German public roads. Other modification they brought include new brake pads, production car tires, an exhaust valve and more restrictive catalytic converter. As a nice gift, the tuner also managed to add a plus of 80HP to the existing power with the help of just a few minor ECU mods. If any of the other 29 FXX owners would like to make theirs everyday drivable, now they know where to go.

The world fastest Murcielago has been created by edo competition. Based on the new Lamborghini Murciélago LP 640 , the edo Murcielago LP710 /2 makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3.2 seconds and can hit a top speed of 224 mph.

Under the hood there is a 6.5 liter V12 that delivers 710 hp and 700 Nm (516 ft-lb) of torque. The increase in power was achieved through the use of new exhaust headers, new high flow catalytic converters, new mufflers, a new exhaust tip, new performance camshafts, modified cylinder heads and new high flow air filters. he engine controls are reprogrammed to make ideal use of the individual modifications.

This powerful package is brought to perfection with optimized aerodynamics which enhances the stability of the mighty bull and bestows the car with an even more dynamic elegance. A newly developed and beautifully shaped rear wing with an adjustable lip completes the aerodynamics package.

A high-speed wheel and tire combination: 19 inch light alloy wheel set with special Continental high-speed tires: 225/35 ZR 19 Continental V-max in the front and 325/30 ZR 19 Continental V-max in the rear.

edo competition has developed a new single disc clutch. Additionally the 4-wheel drive arrangement is turned into a 2-wheel drive setup. The LP 710 /2 is delivered with rear wheel drive. Weight savings of 40 kg (88 lb) and more agile handling are the result of this conversion.

edo competition revealed the modified Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, a supercar that now is capable to hit a top speed of 199 mph and make the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3.7 seconds.

The V10 engine delivers 560 hp at 8250 rpm and a peak torque of 398 ft-lb at 6800 rpm. The increase of power was possible thanks to 200-cell high flow catalytic converter, carbon fiber air box and ECU recalibration.

The car also features: 19“ three-piece racing wheels with an artificially-aged cast center-section, hand-polished outer rims and 39 stainless steel screws. Tire dimensions as stock or on request front: 245/ 35 ZR 19, rear 305/ 30 ZR 19 Dunlop Sport Maxx.

Featuring a power increase of 70 hp the Maserati MC 12 Corsa customized by Edo Competition is capable to offer a top speed of 370 km/h and a sprint from 0-100 km/h un just 3.5 seconds. With a weight reduction of 100 kg due to the carbon fiber parts installed, the new vehicle features new stainless steel muffler with adjustable remote-controlled butterfly-valve, new sport suspensions, carbon fiber air intakes, new adjustable rear wing and new transmission control unit.

Edo Competition today unveiled a new tuning kit for the powerful Ferrari Enzo .

The Edo Ferrari Enzo is powered by a V12 engine that now develops 700 hp thank to new exhaust headers, a high-flow catalytic converter, a performance muffler, a modified intake with ram-air system, high-flow air filters and an ECU recalibration.

It can hit a top speed of 230 mph and makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3.5 seconds.

For all the folks who don’t know, Edo Competition represents one of the well-known companies specialised in tuning premium cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche .

The tuner unveiled again a new masterpiece: the brand new edo 630 scuderia, an aerodynamics package for the Ferrari 599 GTB. The main purpose of the body kit is to adapt the aerodynamics to higher speeds and to meet the increased cooling demands caused especially by the higher power of the vehicle.

The new body kit contains: newly developed side skirts, a new undertray with a wider diffuser mounted on both sides in order to enhance rear axle downforce, a carbon fiber lip mounted on the trunk that provides extra stability and rear downforce. All the parts are made from ultra-lightweight carbon fiber and weigh only 50 kg.

The R8 by edo is powered by a 4.2 liter V8 engine that delivers 442 hp at 7,800 rpm and a peak torque of 450 Nm (332 ft-lb) at 4,500 – 6,000 rpm. It makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in just 4.5 sec and can hit a top speed of 310 km/h (193 mph).

The R8 by edo is powered by a 4.2 liter V8 engine that delivers 442 hp at 7,800 rpm and a peak torque of 450 Nm (332 ft-lb) at 4,500 – 6,000 rpm. It makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in just 4.5 sec and can hit a top speed of 310 km/h (193 mph).

A 4am wake-up Espresso has to suffice. The remaining drowsiness disappears as soon as the 6.5 ltr. V12, now with 663 hp, is fired up. Re-torque the wheels once again. After checking the pressure of the new Continental V-max tires the edo competition LP 640 Versione Nardo rolls onto the 12.6 km (7.8 miles) long oval.
