Australia’s legendary sports car maker, Elfin will unveil a limited edition model to celebrate its 50th Anniversary. Limited to only 5 units the 50th Anniversary Streamliner will be priced at $128,500. Each car will be equipped with special features and painted in a unique colour called "Cooper Gold" – named in honour of Australian racing driver Garrie Cooper who laid the foundations for Elfin back in 1957.

The new
Elfin MS8 Streamliner shook a few Australian harts when it was showcased on the Holden stand at the 2004 Melbourne Motor Show. Powered by a 333 bhp all alloy Holden V8 and featuring a six speed gearbox, race-bred suspension and huge brakes, all of this totaling just 1100 kilograms. Combination which is guaranteed to offer a five seconds sprint from 0 to 60 mph, a quarter mile covered in 12.9 seconds and a top speed exceeding 180 mph
