Dimitris Korres may not be a famous name in the auto industry these days, but give it some time and he just might be more than that. The Greek architect and inventor is about ready to showcase his first venture into the auto industry.

The Korres Project 4.

If you’re wondering what that is, the Project 4 is a supercar and a pretty impressive one at that.

The full details about the Project 4 will be unveiled soon in Greece, but there’s already a steady amount of information that’s been disclosed to the public. Chief among them is the powertrain, which takes the form of a 7.0-liter naturally aspirated engine that produces an impressive 505 horsepower, allowing it to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.8 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph.

Translated in any language, those numbers are impressive across the board.

Another important bit of information about the Project 4 is its dimensions.
It’s 3,920 mm (154.3 inches) long, 1,960 mm (77.2 inches) wide, and 1,250 mm (49.2 inches) tall with a wheelbase of 2,560 mm (100.8 inches). Taken all together, the Project 4 weighs 1,600 kg (3,527 pounds).

Be sure to check back here in the coming days. We’ll have the full details of the Korres Project 4 as soon as it makes its public debut.

Back in December of last year, Nissan unveiled a unique one-off Juke crossover, adorned in everything and anything Batman. Or in this particular case, the Dark Knight Rises.

At that time, nobody had any idea what Nissan had planned for the one-off Juke, only saying that it would be a prize in some competition "down the road.”

Well, that "down the road" has come and passed, and the one-off Batman-inspired Juke Nismo has found a lucky new owner. His name is Adam Williams, a self-confessed action film fan and local baker from Wales.

After winning Nissan’s Thrill Test, Williams’ prize was unlike any other: this one-off Juke that features a host of Batman-inspired details making it the envy of every movie fan and car buff.

Williams took delivery of the one-off Batman Juke in front of Carmarthen Castle and to no one’s surprise, the man was thrilled to be the proud owner of a truly unique showpiece vehicle.

"I can’t believe I’ve won this fantastic car - it was the biggest surprise of my life and I was so excited to take delivery of it," Williams said. "I’ll certainly turn a few heads driving around Carmarthen - it’s great to think I’m the only person in the world with my very own version of the Batmobile!"

SRT Viper

Back in January, Chrysler announced that the new-generation SRT Viper would not be offered in Europe. However, this doesn’t mean the European customers won’t be able to drive one! The problem is that they will need to opt for an unofficially imported Viper.

U.S. car specialist, GeigerCars, announced recently it will import the new Viper and will put it on sale at a price of €139,900 (around $180,500).

Yes, you read it right: that’s almost double an American customer has to pay for a standard Viper, which is priced at $97,395. We are not sure how many units GeigerCars will import, but there will certainly be plenty of Viper-hungry Europeans standing in line to pick one up.

After all, who would turn down the opportunity to be one of the few people in your region to own one of the best sports cars launched in the past year?

The auto industry is full of brands that have gone by the wayside, for one reason or another.

It’s not uncommon given the competitiveness of the industry and yet for some of the legendary brands of yesteryear, there’s always that hope that the brand will be reborn if there’s somebody willing to finance it.

Over in Poland, Syrena was once a brand that roamed its streets back in the 50s up to the early ’70’s. But while it did last for quite some time, the irony is the model that most people associate with Syrena was the one that never made it into production: the Syrena Sport.

But thanks to entrepreneur, Rafal Czubaj, the Syrena Sport may finally see the light of production. With the help of a team that includes designer Pavlo Burkatskyy - one of the people that helped pen the Arrinera supercar - Czubaj is determined to finally bring the Syrena Sport to life.

Art cars have long had a history with BMW; after all, one of the most famous of these creatively designed models was made by Jeff Koons when he not only decked a BMW M3 GT2 in full artistic regalia but also proceeded to race it at the 24 Hours of Le Mans where it eventually crashed.

Now new BMW Art Car, one for the BMW 3-Series, was unveiled recently. This one, though, doesn’t have ties to BMW; instead, it’s the work of a BMW dealership from the Czech Republic in collaboration with local artist, Andy Reiben. It’s quite psychedelic, if we do say so ourselves.

We all know that graphic designs on a car’s body are what make an art car. Forget about engine upgrades; these models are all about aesthetic enhancements and while some have failed in capturing our imaginations, others have succeeded in doing so.

And as far as details are concerned, the work done on this 3-Series, which has been re-christened as "Fluidum,” is pretty spectacular. The first order of business was to wrap the 3-Series in matte vinyl. From there, Reiben generously sprayed copious amounts of paint before finalizing the colorful details with a brush to go with a glow-in-the-dark treatment.

Pretty sweet art car, if you ask us, something Reiben should be very proud of. Heck, if this car ended up for sale, we might take a crack at purchasing it.

Or at least take lots of pictures with it.

We’ve already seen three racing versions of the Peugeot 208, with the latest one being the Peugeot 208 R2 Rally Car . Well, now the French automaker is prepared to release the fourth racing variant in the form of the 208 GTi Peugeot Sport.

On the outside, you get the typical Peugeot racing livery, which includes: blue, yellow, black and red striping, a monstrous rear wing, and various sponsor stickers. You also get a set of black rims sized 18 inches wrapped up in racing tires. The entire car comes in at a svelte 990 kg (2,182 pounds).

Under the hood, the 208 GTi features a 1,600 cc turbocharged engine, which it borrows from its road-going variant . Depending on the racing regulations, Peugeot Sport will tune this powerplant to between 200 and 300 horsepower. The engine hooks up to a six-speed gearbox with paddle shifters. Keeping the 208 GTi fed with plenty of fuel is a 100-liter (26.4-gallon) gas tank, which allows this racer to stay on the track longer between fill-ups.

The GTi Peugeot Sport will make its racing debut at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring in May. Unfortunately, Peugeot has not revealed any pricing details.
