2011 Ferrari 458 Italia by Cam Shaft

The blazing red exterior Ferrari has provided for their 458 Italia is simply tantalizing, but there’s something about sleek black paint that takes the sports car’s look to the next level. These are the types of options vehicles tend to come with, but adding a touch of sparkle to differentiate your sports car from the rest is something a tuning firm is more capable of handling. Enter CamShaft.

The tuning firm’s latest project isn’t entirely glitz and glamour, but it takes that aggressive black exterior and adds a special chrome foil treatment that covers the roof and the upper parts of the side wings. These highlights are further accentuated by shock disks covered in black lacquer and bright yellow brake clamps. In order to make the chrome stand out even more, the tuner has dimmed the rear, fog, and third stop lights, a process that can easily be reversed if the customer so chooses.

In addition to the aesthetic modifications done to the Ferrari 458 Italia, Cam Shaft is also offering a software optimization that increases the engine’s output to 588 HP (up from the standard 570 HP). It’s not much, but anything is better than nothing.
