2015 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta Spyder

Now that the successor for the 599 - the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta - has graced us with its presence, many have started speculating on the future renditions of the sports car. Our first thought went to the amazing possibility of a F12XX version, but now we’re taking it back a notch and taking a stab at the Spyder version of the car, even though we probably won’t see it until late 2014.

The F12 Berlinetta Spyder will be offered with the same technology as its coupe brother, but it will add a cloth top, and not a retractable hardtop like the one used in the Ferrari California . This decision will be made in order to keep the car’s weight as low as possible.

Under the hood, we’ll probably see the same 6262 cc V12 engine that delivers a total of 740 HP at 8500 rpm and 508 lb-ft of torque at 6000 rpm. Since the car will be weighed down a bit thanks to the added cloth top, we don’t expect it to carry the same 0-60 mph sprint time of 3.1 seconds or top speed of 211 mph.

For me, it’s the most beauteous innovation from Ferrari lately.

Wow, it could be a unisex car. Having a Ferrari is a manly attitude, but with this Berlinetta Spyder women can also have this. Thanks to the wider and sexier shoulder lines.

Keeping the vehicle’s weight low as possible is one of the hardest to maintain. I admire the hard work and dedication of Ferrari on dealing with the physics to improve the speed and not sacrificing the materials.

It’s still looking wicked as ever! Even if they don’t upgrade its engine, I’ll be contented with it.

Every Berlinetta edition looks fine to me. Wait, that’s an understatement since all of them are highly dynamic and stylish.

Oh, my favorite car of all time. I couldn’t really care less about its engine if it were left untouched, since for me, it’s already powerful as it is.

This car is a beauty. As you can see, it really is the crowd’s darling this year. I can’t to see the new Berlinetta that will be released in 2014.

I can’t decide which looks better. Well, I don’t need to choose, right? Let’s just say I like each Berlinetta version!
