Marketing Director for Ford of Britain, Mark Simpson said that "we have sold more than 100,000 Fiestas in its first year and we know our customers like to personalise their Fiestas. The new line up with the fabulous Individual special edition will help them achieve this." Now if they could only start selling them in the U.S. as well.

Press release

Britain's latest Fiesta celebrates its remarkable launch success with a new line-up and a new Titanium Individual special edition. The new line-up has six series and five engine options to choose from and broadens the Fiesta appeal to a wider range of consumers.

New line-up

The Fiesta range now consists of Studio, Edge, ECOnetic, Zetec, Titanium and Zetec S models and with 1.25 petrol and choices of 1.4-litre petrol or diesel or 1.6 petrol or diesel engines.

Studio is where the Fiesta story starts and it now comes as either three or five door and with electric front windows as standard. The new Edge series has air conditioning as standard. For class-leading fuel economy and CO2 emissions, the Ford Fiesta ECOnetic now also has air conditioning - without compromising the official combined cycle efficiency of 76.3mpg*. Zetec is likely to remain the most popular buyers' choice with high specifications as standard.

At the sporty end of the Fiesta line-up is the ever-popular Zetec S series where alloy pedals, sporty side skirts and Quickclear windscreen become standard.

New Titanium Individual Special Edition

The new Fiesta Titanium Individual offers a level of premium luxury rarely found in small cars while providing a saving of £100 over a similarly equipped Titanium model.
The Individual is available in six exterior colours with a special red interior. Added to that are 16in, seven-spoke alloy wheels, Bluetooth with USB and unique premium leather seats in red and silver.

Marketing Director, Ford of Britain, Mark Simpson said: "We have sold more than 100,000 Fiestas in its first year and we know our customers like to personalise their Fiestas. The new line up with the fabulous Individual special edition will help them achieve this."
