The American tuner Steeda Autosports has announced a new tuning package for the 2011 Ford Mustang 5.0. The price for the package and the donor car is under $40,000 and, according to Steeda, it provides improved driving dynamics and overall vehicle performance. The 2011 Steeda Sport Edition includes a new aerodynamic hood for increased engine cooling, a new rear wing that offers increases rear downforce, sport springs for improved ride and handling, and Sidewinder graphics for that unique Steeda visual image. The package is finished by 20" lighter, stronger and more aggressive wheels wrapped in Nitto NT05 275/35/20 performance tires. In addition to the features listed above, the retail customer will also receive a unique Steeda Cold Air Intake and a SCT Xcal3 which the tuner has loaded with a performance tune that increases the engine’s output to 450 HP (up from a standard 412 HP). Even with this nice increase in the engine’s output, Steeda has already said this was the entry-level Steeda Sport Edition, so we expect even better modifications and ranges in the future. Too bad about the RX-8 though it wasn’t the fastest but was always a fan of its design. (Mainly the engine type).
 Enhancing cooling system can give more power to the engine. that’s why Cold Air Intake is one of the basic upgrade to an engine.
