2012 Ford F-150 Raptor by Street Concepts

  Review

Unlike any other auto show on the planet, the SEMA Auto Show isn’t so much about the glitz and glamor of concept cars and world debuts like other shows. SEMA is about seeing some of the latest tuning projects from the world’s best auto aftermarket companies be displayed in all their audacious glory.

One such vehicle that fits that description to a tee is this custom Ford F-150 Raptor by Street Concepts. The modded pick-up is part of Toyo Tires’ four-vehicle contingent and since its headed to the event, you can be sure that it comes packed to the brim with some of the latest tuning parts available on the market.

Among the many additions to the F-150 Raptor, the most obvious is the the custom Snow Camo vehicle wrap that was added in by Street Concepts. There are also new bumpers, a new lighting set-up, Brembo brakes, and a new suspension system courtesy of Icon Vehicle Dynamics. Inside the pick-up, the modifications include a carbon fiber-wrapped interior that’s accented with luxurious black Alcantara. There’s also a comprehensive audio system that was supplied by Kenwood to give some more oomph to what already looks like a beastin’ machine.

Under the hood, the F-150 Raptor comes packed with a 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces 411 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque.

UPDATE 11/07/2011: We have added live images from the SEMA Show. Check them out in the picture gallery!

No wonder why it’s called a raptor, it looks beastly with a set of enormous wheels, it would look more fierce with a black paint.

It looks so massive on its platform! smiley Moreover, I think it would be better if they add some style and design on its exterior, and if it also has an interesting interior.

Its wheels is absolutely look so massive on it, and I must say that it is already looking great on its body paint. I just wonder if what will be the interior of it, will look like?

The V8 engine of this one that can deliver 411 horsepower is somewhat very striking on this truck. By the way, I also love the camouflage design of it, and it looks so massive and masculine on that platform and even on its wheels.

How about the other specs of this truck? Anyway, I would surely wait for another updated news about this one. Furthermore, I have to agree with them that it is really looking so massive on its platform and on its wheels, which is very impressive on it.

Is it exclusive only on military people? Well, even if I’m not a militarist I would love to have this gorgeous and masculine truck! Furthermore, I can say that I can’t really wait for 2012 to arrive.
