The Essen Motor Show->ke2128, Europe's answer to SEMA->ke216, is ready to open its doors on November 26. With less than two weeks away, we're now getting a good idea on some of the cars that will be in attendance at Essen.

German suspension specialists Bilstein will be in attendance at Essen with a booth that will feature a theme we're all too familiar with: "The Fast and the Furious".

One car that will be displayed at the Bilstein booth is a specially built Ford Mustang GT that has been tuned to carry Bilstein's B12 suspension unit and a customized Performance2 program that was built by Bilstein in collaboration with its partner, Eibach Springs.

As part of the B12 suspension program, the Ford Mustang - the car was actually featured in "Fast & Furious", the fourth installment of the hit movie franchise - received plenty of improvements along the lines of sporty dynamics, an improved appearance and modified performance. Among the programs that were added to the Ford Mustang include a Professional Cornering System (PCS), new performance springs with progressive characteristics courtesy of Eibach's Pro-Kit, road-tested and fine-tuned springs and shock absorbers, a lowered suspension of up to 40 mm, and a state-of-the-art gas pressure technology system from Bilstein.

All these programs have been added to turn the Ford Mustang into what it looks and performs like today. Be sure to look for this German-tuned, American muscle car at the Essen Motor Show! There's a good chance that it won't be too hard to find.
