2013 Ford B-Max

  Review

The new generation Fiesta turned out to be a very successful model all over the world, proving that Ford understands that small cars are the future of the automotive industry. After seeing the B-Max concept at the Geneva Motor Show, our spy photographers have now caught the production version testing in Germany.

The future Ford B-Max will be placed below the C-MAX from which it will borrow numerous design elements. Compared to the Fiesta, the B-Max will be longer and taller, but it will come with rear sliding doors that make it really practical at narrow parking places. This will no doubt be a feature all parents will appreciate.

Under the hood, Ford will place a 1.0 liter three cylinder EcoBoost engine with both direct injection and turbo. Next to this, however, Ford will be offering more conventional petrol and diesel engines from the Fiesta range.

The new B-Max will be unveiled in 2012 at the Geneva Motor Show and will go into production at Ford’s Craiova plant in Romania. Sales will begin in the next 12 months.

UPDATE 09/26/2011: The future Ford B-Max has been caught testing yet again, and the new images give a clear view of the vehicle’s rear lights. We were also able to get a good picture of the interior! Check out the gallery to see all of the new images!

I like the details of this vehicle. I prefer the black one instead of the other with too much graphics. This one is truly reliable. smiley

This minivan is really impressive in its simplicity, just like what they say. The car lines that it had is looks so elegant on it. I just hope that it also had an impressive interior feature.

I love this minivan of Ford, and it really looks so lovely on that. However, I’m too disappointed on its engine. I think they should truly boost it more before they already put it on the market.

I hope that they would update this news soon! Well, I just really wonder if what are the other great features that it can offer aside from its good-looking exterior appearance.

I hope that its three-cylinder engine is just quite good enough for this mini van. Anyway, I must say that I’m so impressed with its aesthetic design, and it’s absolutely looked very classy at its sleek body paint.

It looks like a luxury car even though the platform and the other detailing that it had was so simple and ordinary. I just hope that they include some interior pictures of it, next time. smiley

The simplicity of this B-Max is really impressive and very appealing. I love the sophisticated appearance that it has, and I wonder either if it had an impressive engine performance either.
