The Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is a hard muscle car to improve in large part because the car already looks and performs like a tried-and-true Shelby.

But Anderson Germany is undaunted; the German tuner believes that there's still something inherently more evil that lies within the Mustang Shelby GT500 and it's determined to summon this evil with its new program.

Dubbed the Super Venom Edition, Anderson Germany successfully outfitted the Shelby GT500 with a really cool body kit that not only drives up the muscle car's aggressive looks, but also helps improve its performance and handling credentials.

It certainly goes without saying that Anderson Germany has made a business out of these kinds of projects. The tuner has time and again provided aftermarket body work on numerous vehicles in the past with the Shelby->ke81 GT500 being the latest in a long list of vehicles that have been, so to speak, "Anderson Germany'd"

Sinister Paint

To give justice to the cool name attributed to this project, Anderson Germany went and dressed up the Mustang Shelby GT500 with an opaque black paint with matching red stripes added for good measure.

A number of red cobra badges were also added, further giving the program that distinctive look that separates itself from the rest of the aftermarket work done on the American [muscle car.

New Body Kit

The unquestioned highlight of the Super Venom program is the comprehensive body kit fitted into the Mustang Shelby GT500. Look a little closer at the photos and you'll notice the more pronounced stance of the muscle car, something Anderson Germany achieved with the addition of a new spoiler to go with new side scoops and side vents and a new tailpipe setup.

Dark Interior

After achieving its intended look for the exterior, the interior of the Mustang Shelby GT500 had to draw some parallels. So the same black and red color scheme was used with the former making up the main color of the interior with the latter adding some contrast through the stitching, piping, and stripes that run along the muscle car's seats and doors. There's also the noticeable presence of carbon fiber, which isn't all that surprising when you're dealing with a carbon fiber-happy tuner like Anderson Germany.

{0{Leaving Well Enough Alone

From the looks of things Anderson Germany found the 662-horsepower 5.8-liter V-8 in the GT500 plenty powerful, as it makes no mention of power upgrades. With this monstrous power in tow, the `Stang GT500 hits 60 mph in 4 seconds, while offering up to 24 mpg highway.
