The Green Hell apparently didn’t stand a chance against the BMW M3 team of Uwe Alzen, Augusto Farfus, Pedro Lamy and Jörg Müller. Neither did Porsche , Ferrari , and Audi for that matter. In order to celebrate BMW Motorsport’s success at the Nurburgring 24h race, G-Power has prepared two special M3s : a GT2 S and a Tornado CS, both of them being road legal. These two vehicles are the very first creations provided by the G-POWER Motorsport Division which was established in early 2010.
Both vehicles feature the new SK II CS supercharger system that increases the engine’s power to an impressive 600 HP. Next to that, G-Power has also added a dual-flow carbon air intake, a substantial cast aluminum charge air cooler, and a cast aluminum airbox.
The GT2 S features a carbon fiber front skirt, all four wings and the rear skirt, front lip, and rear spoiler. The Tornado CS also gets a carbon spoiler lip and rear diffuser. The first model makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 4.1 seconds and the second one in 4.3 seconds. For both of them top speed is limited: with the 6-speed manual it stands at more than 198ph and with the 7-speed DCT at more than 205 mph.
Let’s just hope two dingbats don’t try to recreate racing history with a moronic attempt at racing these two vehicles on the friendly, pedestrian-filled roads. Consider this our "do not try this at home" warning.
