The Genesis Coupe is not the only model that caught tuner’s attention for this year’s SEMA Show, the Veloster seems to have done the same thing. While the Genesis Coupe developed by Bisimoto Engineering is by far the coolest concept Hyundai brought to Las Vegas, this Veloster developed in cooperation with EGR Group also worth our attention.
As its name suggests, the Veloster Night Racer was specially developed for the night racing circuits. But for this, the car’s standard 201 horsepower were not enough. So, Bisimoto Engineering checked in to tune the Hyundai Veloster’s 1.6-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine and MagnaFlow added in an exhaust system. This helped push the final output to 250 horsepower - a number much worthy of the car’s sporty name. Helping drag this hatchback to a stop are oversized Brembo brakes.
