2010 Hyundai Equus by Mummbles Marketing

The Equus models keep building up at this year’s SEMA Auto Show. We’ve already seen the Equus tuned byDUB Magazine and the one by RMR , but this next one comes from Mummbles Marketing. This newest Equus tuning project may have a ridiculous name, but the vehicle representing it is nothing but pure elegance.

The Mummbles Marketing Equus features engine, interior, exterior, brake, wheel, and suspension modifications, as well as one-of-a-kind audio and video enhancements. For the exterior the tuner offers a new front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper (with carbon fiber insert), a rear wing, and a carbon fiber hood. The exterior package is finished by 22" Work Equip E10 wheels.

For the engine, the tuner will offer a new turbo kit and a new Magnaflow dual-exhaust system, plus some new brakes and a new suspension system. The engine will be pumping out 65 more hp than the V8 found in the current Equus and 21 hp more than the 5.0-liter Tau V-8 powered Equus due to the work done on the turbo kit by Mummbles, Legacy Innovations, and S-Max.

"The Equus is a well-rounded, luxurious car with pure functionality and high-end performance capabilities and our SEMA car will be built with many of the best tools and products for customizing a high-end luxury sedan," said Peter Colello, owner, Mummbles Marketing. "Mummbles’ ‘Elegant Equus’ is the ultimate VIP vehicle and will definitely be a must-see car at this year’s SEMA Show."

One of a luxury car should rich person should have. Aside from the main appearance, it also have the great engine.

I love the angst of this one, and I must agree with them that it is one of the good productions by Hyundai. This Equus is a complete package for it had the looks of a luxury and a sporty car. Hyundai is really the best.

The angst of this Hyundai Equus is there even the luxurious and classy looks, but I think the color that they used is not suited for this car.

I think it will look more impressive if they use a lighter body paint on it. Moreover, I can say that it was truly oozing with aggressiveness on its front headlight.

This vehicle is really oozing with angst even though it doesn’t have lots of exterior styling. I also find it a very exclusive vehicle because on its decent body paint. However, I wonder if what’s the engine specification of it?

The headlights give the angst on this Equus, and the sleek body paint that it has given the appearance of a very luxurious and classy car but is it already on the market? Furthermore, I’m wondering on the other details of it.

The engine is not as powerful as what they say and I must say that I either is so impressed with how they managed and combine the luxurious and sporty appearance of this Equus. It is really a great car.

Stunning! Equus definitely is one of the good production that was made by the Hyundai. They manage to combine the luxury and sportiness to this car. But i think 65 hp is not a powerful engine.

Hyundai will showcase the luxurious Equus sedan, fuel-efficient and fun-to-drive Sonata Turbo, and the rear-wheel drive, performance-oriented Genesis Coupe,

This is a similar situation Hyundai is in now. We do know they have made some pretty nice vehicles.

It’s coming to the states minus the hood ornament right? Overall the car is NICE! but the hood ornament need to stay back in the 70’s.

Hyundai dealers do not offer the dealer experience of luxury makes. A red carpet on the floor doesn’t make up for actual service.

That’s been my argument for years. And the main reason their resale value is so low

Hyundai is taking advantage of a down market to build positive market perception. And they’re making RL’s look every bit worth the $35k used sale value that they can be bought at today.
