Hyundai->ke201 continues to unwrap its lineup for the 2013 SEMA show->ke216 with a new Veloster Turbo concept car, and this time it is developed by the folks at Fox Marketing. This is the second Veloster ->ke2534 prepared for Las Vegas, alongside to the Night Racer Concept by EGR Group.

The new Veloster Turbo was updated with a new 845 Motorsports turbo upgrade, BorgWarner EFR turbo, front-mounted intercooler, AEM water/methanol injection system and an ECU tune from SeoulfulRacing. Additionally, it runs on VP Racing 101-octane performance fuel. As a result, the standard 201-horsepower, four-cylinder engine jumps to an awesome 370 horsepower.

The extra power required some changes to the chassis and the suspension, so Fox Marketing added for a UNIQ Performance strut brace, ImportShark chassis bracing and fully-adjustable ARK Performance coil-over suspension.

Hyundai Veloster Turbo

The Veloster Turbo version was unveiled in 2012 at the Detroit Auto Show -- exactly one year after the standard Veloster arrived on the market. The new Turbo version is distinguished by a more powerful stance, thanks to a bolder hexagonal front grille, sculpted side skirts and a dynamic rear bumper with prominent diffuser vents.

The Veloster Turbo’s 1.6-liter, four-pot makes use of a turbocharger to pump its output to 201 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque. This power channels through a manual or six-speed automatic transmission, and helps sprint the hot hatchback to 60 mph in 7.7 seconds, while delivering a thrifty 27 mpg city and best-in-class 38 mpg highway.

The Veloster Turbo is priced from $22,100.
