The 2009 Infiniti M35 mid-size sedan will get more power. The updated 3.7L VQ-series engine planned for the G37 Convertible and for the G37 sedan will also make its way into the 2009 M35. The new engine brings a gain of 28 horsepower to the M35 and M35x for power, meaning a total power of 303 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission.

Just two years after its highly successful introduction, the Infiniti M receives major upgrades for 2008 that include the first-ever availability of Infiniti’s intelligent ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive system on the 4.5-liter V8-powered M45. The new model, designated M45x, joins the M35x to provide buyers with two choices in all-climate AWD performance.

Infiniti announced pricing on the 2008 Infiniti M, which is on sale now at Infiniti retailers nationwide. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the 2007 M, which features realigned option packages and higher equipment levels, has been increased by $853, or 1.96 percent, weighted among all trim levels from the 2006 model.
