The tuners who specialize in everything Volkswagen, JE DESIGN, have just released two new wheels. The Multispoke is a racy thin-spoked design and is available in colors ranging from matte black to pearl white. Whereas the SUV-Select rim is intended for larger applications.
The German tuners JE DESIGN modify everything in the Volkswagen family. This time they chose a close cousin, the Porsche Cayenne and made the the PROGRESSOR. The most noticeable feature of this car is the broader stance than the typical Cayenne. The body was widened by 60 mm at the front, 80 mm at the back and given a set of huge 22-inch rims.
Friday we saw the customization program for the Porsche Cayenne GTS designed by Edo Competition. Now JE Design id having its turn on the speedy tall wagon.
The new kit from the German tuner comes with a new front lip spoiler with integrated LED lights, new side sills, a rear skirt with integrated air diffuser, 22-inch 5-spoke wheels, and a suspension system that lowers the car with up to 35 mm.
Unlike the Edo car, JE Design doesn’t make performance parts, so there’s no extra power in this car. But just like the Edo car, with almost 5000 pounds of SUV on the move, there’s not much incentive to going fast.
Seat is known for providing economical cars for the markets its sold to (not the U.S.) So if you bought one of these Volkswagens-on-a-budget, the German tuner JE Design is betting that you have a little money left over to customize the car. They have now introduced a customization kit for the Ibiza Sports Coupe 3-door and 5-door.
The new package features a front spoiler, sport radiator grill, center-mounted trapezoidal tailpipe, headlight eyebrows, side skirts, roof spoiler and a rear bumper apron attachment with carbon look. The biggest visual element is the LSD wing doors, which open in a Lamborghini-like manner.
Although Je Design already unveiled its customization program for the Euro-only Seat Leon, the German tuning company updated today its kit for the Leon. The new program includes a carbon foil in various color serving as an alternative paint, new daytime running LEDs, and a new ECU tweaking boosting the 2.0-liter diesel engine from 140 hp to 175 hp and 405 Nm of torque.
Customers who want more can choose from five wheel-sets, measuring 17, 18 and 19 inches fitted with 225/35 R 19 Y tires. Regarding the old kit, everything remained the same: re-designed front bumper, side skirts and a custom built rear bumper with integrated 4-pipe exhaust system.
As a premiere, JE Design, the famous tuning company specialized in tuning cars from the Vw Group added another brand to its wide collection of cars. The new brand is Porsche and in order to reveal its new customization programme the tuner considered that the Porsche Cayenne is the right car for this. The new kit consists in a front end spoiler, new side sills conveying an impression of "more meat on the ribs", a new roof spoiler and rear bumper. It looks like JE Design will continue this year its customization programme for the 2008 Audi Q7. The vehicle will feature the same ECU tweaking for the V6 turbo diesel engine pushing it to 285 hp while the 4.2 petrol engine will develop the astonishing 500 hp.
Featuring a special color called Red Rocket the vehicle comes with the stylish body kit consisting in a front lip spoiler, side sills, re-designed rear spoiler with integrated air diffuser and double exhaust system and a rear roof spoiler. To complete this stylish tuning programme 22 inch alloy wheels were added making the car stable and look better. Price of the programme: an astonishing 61,000 euros.
As we told you we came back with the official information regarding the JE Design tuning kit for the new generation of the Seat Ibiza. The new car that will be officially unveiled on 14th of June will feature a new sports spring system lowering the car with 35 mm as well as some ECU tweaking for the 1.9 TDI engine pushing it to 130 hp. Also new wing doors will be available as well as a complete wheels set in 17 an 18” diameter.
JE Desing unveiled the new tuning kit for the new generation of the Seat Ibiza. Composed from a front lip spoiler, new side sills and a rear apron featuring a carbon fiber air diffuser the kit offers a plus of sportivity to the fresh design of the car. The vehicle features also 17” and 18” alloy as well as a new suspension kit which lowers it up to 35 mm.
Due to the fact that the car has been recently launched the kit is still under construction and, according to the tuning company, the full kit will feature a wing door system, as well as some ECU tweaking pushing the 1.4 liter TDI engine up to 105 hp and the 1.9 liter TDI to 130 hp.
