16 comments: Jeep Wrangler Trail Boss All you guys seem to think a jeep should "look" rugged inside. Aren’t you diehards supposed to only care about off-road ability. By that measure, the latest has been proven to be better stock than any previous wrangler, so that should end all arguments.
The violence that these "games" engenders and the perception that violence and aggression is what best sells many consumer goods is a sad comment on the values our society espouses.
To everyone complaining about how the interior has lost its ruggedness:I think its been about 25-30+ years since you could actually hose down the entire interior without risk of some sort of electrical fault. With this interaction one can still remove the carpet, pull the drain plugs and hose down the floor area - so it doesn’t seem to different to me
Definitely think that Patriot looks better raised with bigger wheels/tires. Maybe because it looks more cartoonist, or just more like the canceled Cherokee.
The Patriot actually looks great when its customized. And the Wrangler, well it’s a Wrangler so it will probably be awesome. Maybe they will take this opportunity to show off the revised interior.
the legend still lives on, wrangles is one the most favorite off road vehicles of Off Roaders, it’s tough, rough and can deal with any punishing terrains.
Wow this is entirely good for off road enthusiasts. Totally a head turning to all Jeep fans. Imagine driving an AEV off road bumpers! This two door Jeep Wrangler is a serious off road star!
This model isn’t really worth talking about until they get at least the Pentastar in it. Estimates put that to be between 270-280 hp, plus an increase in torque. I’m watching how the Pentastar plays out in the new Grand Cherokee. Current engine is a poor excuse for a Wrangler engine.
Well, it certainly seems like the upside of having no *new* product for a year is that some cool variants may get green lighted. Of course, some we don’t care so much about, like an avenger special edition. But a cheaper version of the 4 door wrangler might be appealing.
