Super Bowl XLVIII ended with tears for some fans and with joy for others, and the tears were especially salty, considering the huge difference in score, as the Sehawks gave the Broncos quite a whooping 43-8. On a good note, at least there were some cool car commercials to enjoy during this total blowout.

Just like with the game, we had some winners and some looser. Commercials like Budweiser’s "Puppy Love" Jerry Seinfeld’s Reunion/Crackle received rave reviews and millions of views online, but we’re more interested in what happened in the automotive section.

Many consider Audi hit a home run with its "Doberhuahua" commercial, while Maserati ’s "Strike" or Chevrolet’s "Romance" were total failures, but what do you think? In your opinion, which ad was the best this year?

In my humble opinion, I found Volkswagen’s "Wings" the funniest one of the year. As for the stinker of the year, I have to vote for Chevrolet’s "Romance" ad, as it seemed nearly pointless.

Most of you know Laurence Fishburne for his great Morpheus role played in The Matrix trilogy. Well, he now returns with the same role in Kia ’s latest "The Truth" ad prepared for this year’s Super Bowl.

In the ad, Fishburne presents a couple a Matrix-like option while tending the valet stand at an upscale restaurant: “Take the blue key, you go back to the luxury you know. Take the red key, and you’ll never look at luxury the same again.”

Of course the couple chooses the red key, which leads to them cruising in a Kia latest K900 luxury sedan. From there is takes an off turn, as Fishburne singing "Nessun dorma" in the back seat of the K900. We’re not too sure what this has to do with the K900, but it is apparently Kia’s idea of what luxury sounds like.

About two weeks ago, Kia announced that would head to the 2014 Detroit Auto Show with a 2+2 concept car that will preview the long-rumored Kia sports car. Today the company revealed the concept’s official name and a new image of the concept.

This new concept is named the GT4 Stinger and, according to the details that Kia gave us, it will bring into focus the latest version of Kia’s signature "Tiger Nose" grille.

Along with the revised grille, the GT4 Stinger will also feature vertical LED headlights flanking the white surround of the grille, brake cooling vents, 20-inch wheels and a carbon fiber front splitter mounted below the bumper. This first image really gives us a nice look at this striking front end, and we simply cannot wait to see it.

On top of this awesome-looking nose, this concept will carry a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that delivers a total of 315 horsepower to the rear wheels through a six-speed, close-ratio manual transmission. If this potent four-pot finds its way into a production model, then Kia will officially put Toyota Toyota , Scion and Subaru on notice to get off their rumps and add some much-needed power to the GT 86, FR-S and BR-Z triplets.

Stay tuned for more details on the concept, which Kia plans to release on January 13th, shortly before the official unveiling.

When I got the call that I was receiving a Kia Cadenza — the Korean automaker’s "luxury" rig — I began recalling the Kia Amanti , which was put out of its misery in 2009. This Jaguar X-Type wannabe was just north of a fully loaded Toyota Camry on the luxury scale, so my hopes were not too high for the Cadenza to impress me.

When the driver rolled up in the Cadenza, I instantly though "blah, just another old Kia," as its outward appearance doesn’t necessarily separate it from the rest of the Kia lineup. All of that changed once I got the chance to grab a seat in this Nappa leather-equipped bargain luxury car that featured an Alcatara-like headliner, panoramic sunroof and nearly every goodie you could imagine for a tad under $42k.

Sometimes, however, first impressions can be incorrect, and I was still anticipating a dud in the Cadenza.

The company described the concept car as a "stunning sports car," specially designed to deliver "head-turning looks whilst providing superb driving enjoyment whether on the road or at the track."

No other details were revealed, but the teaser image reveals a car with a sporty character, featuring the design lines we’ve seen on all the latest Kia vehicles. The concept appears to feature a long hood and pronounced wheel arches. The nose seems to feature a new headlight design for a Kia model.

More details on the concept will be released in the upcoming weeks, but the full specifications figures will be unveiled during the car’s official debut in Detroit. Stay tuned!

Ever since its official launch, the Kia Soul has been one of the most active models at SEMA . Last year, Kia rolled into Las Vegas with a Soul lineup inspired by comic-book heroes , but this year, Kia prepared quite an impressive lineup of Souls with four of them drawing inspiration from the music world.

These four music-inspired Souls touched on different parts of the music world, as they featured a cutting-edge DJ station ; a pro-sound-quality, plug-in-ready amplifier on wheels ; and a load of memorabilia from all things music . This final model is the Soul ’’The Voice" and it was prepared by NBC as a tribute to the famous TV show.

According to its creator, this Soul "represents the sheer talent needed to perform in front of a live audience and millions at home." This model features a cool bright red exterior paint combined with a "The Voice logo" on the side, vinyl on the window portion and a cool "I Want You" logo illuminated in the lower grille.
