To be more specific, the Swiss tuner used a carbon-fiber weave with a stealth look, which apparently is what it uses exclusively in a lot of its programs. That should be cause for confusion for those not privy to such technological marvel, but its all in a days work for Mansory.
In a lot of ways, the Swiss tuner has made a living out of these fanciful programs. Some of these projects have been knocked out of the park, while some have been complete whiffs. That said, the roster that Mansory has brought to Geneva , specifically the Carbonado GT, has been a showcase on why the company is considered one of the most exclusive aftermarket tuners in the business.
For better or for worse, Mansory wants to overwhelm even the most hardened of skeptics. And with the Carbonado GT program for the Lamborghini Aventador, and that’s precisely what it accomplished.

Lamborghini Aventador Carbonado GT By Mansory in Detail
It’s hard not to be impressed with the detail that went into making this program. For one, the aerodynamic design is about as overwhelming as it can get. But far more than just serving as aesthetic add-ons, these components come with purpose. Take for example the new front skirt with optimized air intakes; far more than just eye candy because it improves ventilation of the front radiator and when you combine it with the new front lip spoiler and those new daytime running lights, you’re treated a distinctive front look for the already menacing Aventador.
The front wing of the supercar is also new, as are the new side skirts, which feed more cooling air into the drive unit and the rear brakes. Likewise, a new rear spoiler was also added, stabilizing the back end of the Lambo at high speeds while also creating surface contact pressure together with the enlarged rear wing on the rear axle.
And finally, let’s not forget about the new set of wheels. For this program, Mansory opted to use a new set of 20- and 21-inch ultralight striking forged rims with carbon-fiber inlays wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires.
The interior detail of the Carbonado GT program doesn’t come with the same level of exhaustive detail Mansory gave to the exterior. But then again, you can’t go wrong with the soft leather on the seats and the dashboard. Non-slip aluminum pedals and genuine carbon-fiber components were also used, specifically on the doors, the fittings and the center console. But the most distinctive part of the interior upgrade is the relocation of the starter button, which Mansory decided to put on the roof lining instead of its usual spot on the center console.
Under the hood of this Aventador lies a modified version of the Lamborghini’s 6.5-liter, V-12 engine. We say modified because Mansory slapped a pair of turbochargers on it and replaced a bevy of parts, including the pistons, connecting rods, rod bearings, crankshaft, crank and cylinder heads. All those changes resulted in the Aventador developing a mind-bending 1,600 horsepower and 885 pound-feet of torque — an increase of 900 horsepower and 210 pound-feet of torque — allowing the car to hit 62 mph in just 2.1 seconds to go with a top speed of 230 mph.
Now that is one bad-ass Lambo, fellas.
Carbon fibre everywhere the eye can see: The ultralight and high-strength material of carbon fibre finds ample uses even in the series version of the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4. MANSORY pur posefully continued to use it in the completely reworked MANSORY CARBONADO GT as the main component of all its bodywork components. Every single element of the MANSORY aerodynamic design is made in
prepreg autoclave process in perfect surf ace quality and precision-built into the vehicle. A carbon fibre weave with a stealth-look is being used, which is being exclusively deployed by MANSORY in vehicle construction.
An eye-catching new feature of the newly styled Aventador front is the striking skirt with the optimised air intakes for improved ventilation of the front radiator. In combination with the new front lip spoiler and the proprietary developed daytime running lights MANSORY has not only achieved an aggressive appearance but also generated additional drive.
Also the front wing, as well as the bonnet will be exchanged and replaced by proprietary devel opments. The sides have grown by 40 millimetres on the front and by a remarkable 50 millimetres on the rear axle in width. Newly designed side skirts are also fitted. These steady the air flow between the axles and feed additional cooling air into the drive unit and the rear braking system through integrated routing channels. The diffuser built into the new rear spoiler stabilises the rear at high speeds and creates surface contact pressure together with the enlarged rear wing on the rear axle. The body styling kit is completed by the replacement of the roof and engine compartment cover by all-carbon elements.
But the MANSORY customized Aventador impresses not only with its fascinating design. MANSORY has completely reworked the 6.5 litre V12 cylinder and fitted it with two MANSORY turbochargers. Furthermore the pistons, connecting rods, rod bearings, crankshaft, crank and cylinder head have been replaced by motor racing parts and now meet the high demands of Kourosh Mansory. Together with the newly
designed exhaust system from the manifold right up to the stainless steel tailpipes, which give superior performance characteristics. Instead of 700 hp (515 kW) the CARBONADO GT achieves an impressive 1600 hp (1176 kW), while the maximum electronically-limited torque increases to 1200 Nm. This accelerates the bi-turbo twelve-cylinder from zero to one hundred (km/h) in breathtaking 2.1 seconds. The top speed is faster than 370 km/h which is also significantly higher than with the base vehicle.
Of course, only the best components are worth considering for the conversion of engine power into propulsion: As the perfect wheel-tyre combination MANSORY has built ultralight striking forged rims with carbon fibre inlays with 9.0 x 20 and 13.0 x 21 dimensions with Pirelli P ZERO tyres in VA 255/30 ZR20 and HA 355/25 ZR21 sizes.
The Lamborghini refinement program finds a perfect fulfilment in the extensive interior applications. Naturally only the finest of materials are used. The processed leather used for the seats as well as the dashboard is particularly durable yet still extraordinarily soft. This characteristic natural product with its individual graining and the perfect hand stitching conveys an air of extravagant flair around the newly designed sports steering wheel with airbag. In order to accent the character of the CARBONADO GT interior even more non-slip aluminium pedals as well as genuine carbon fibre components are used on the doors, the fittings and the centre console.
The newly positioned starter button presents one of the technical highlights of the interior. In the style of an aircraft cockpit switch MANSORY has relocated this red switch from the centre console to the roof lining
