At the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show, Lamborghini unveiled the Aventador LP720-4 50° Anniversario Edition, but only in its coupe garb. Just days ago, at a special dinner in Sant'Agata, the Italian company->ke44 unveiled a roadster version of the car.

It was painted in a sharp matte-grey hue named “Grigio Titans” combined with Terra Emilia leather interior. For those of you who don’t remember, this special matte-gray paint is the same color used on the Reventon.

The roadster will feature the same design language on the coupe version, including: enlarged air intakes and splitters up front and on the rear; and an enlarged diffuser. Additionally, on the dashboard there is a special logo that reads "Series Speciale 00/100," suggesting that just like the coupe version, the roadster will also be limited to 100 units.

If you are interested in acquiring this model, then you should know it carries a price tag of $548,000, which is $106,300 more than the Aventador LP700-4 Roadster.

As its name suggests, the Aventador LP720-4 50° Anniversario was built to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary. The model adds an improved aerodynamic kit, 20 extra horsepower and an increased price.

Under the hood, the V-12 engine was tricked to deliver a total of 720 horsepower. Mated to a fast-shifting ISR transmission, the V-12 engine will sprint the supercar from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds and up to a top speed of 217 mph.

The coupe version is priced at $497,650 - or $100,150 over the standard Aventador LP700-4.
