2012 Range Rover RS300 Cosworth Bali Blue by Kahn Design

No Friday could pass without seeing a new tuning kit from Kahn Design . The latest one they have announced is the RS300 Cosworth Edition offered in a very cool Bali Blue paint finish and based on the Range Rover SUV.

The new RS 300 Cosworth package will include a 10-piece body kit featuring an extended front lower lip spoiler, exhaust side vents, an RS front grille with 3D mesh, exhaust side vents in matte pearl grey, door handles in matte pearl grey and front wheel arch LED light strips.

Kahn also installed a new quad exhaust system in stainless steel and privacy tinted glass while a new set of wheels, sized 9.5 x 22 up front and 10 x 22 at the rear, rounds out the exterior set-up.

For the interior, the tuner added quilted and perforated leather, a clock bezel – billet with Swarovski diamonds, a Cosworth time clock, a Cosworth speedo in blue, a Cosworth rev counter in yellow and Cosworth vented foot pedals in machined aluminum.

Under the hood, the updates include an arrangement of alterations to the supercharger and ECU programming so the SUV’s engine now delivers a total of 300 HP.

Press Release

Afzal Kahn’s latest design would not look out of place in Blenheim Palace or the Cotswold’s – both of which, involuntarily, are places where Range Rovers gather like wilderbeest.

And let there be no doubt - Afzal Kahn’s latest offering, the *RS 300 Cosworth edition, in Bali blue is a part of the landscape of Britain.

Now synonymous with style, comfort and luxury – the RS 300 Cosworth edition boasts a complete 10 piece wide arch body kit, extended front lower lip spoiler, exhaust side vents (pair), RS front grille with 3D mesh, quad exhaust system in stainless steel, privacy tinted glass, exhaust side vents in matte pearl grey, door handles in matte pearl grey, front wheel arch LED light strips, exterior Cosworth enamel tailgate logo, exterior Cosworth enamel seat logos and break calipers finished in liquid red.

The ‘bespoke touch’ continues inside, where this particular vehicle comes complete with door panel tops in quilted and perforated leather with silver stitching, interior facia trim (8 pieces), quilted leather binnacle (instrument surround), clock bezel – billet with Swarovski diamonds, Cosworth time clock, Cosworth speedo in blue, Cosworth rev counter in yellow, Cosworth door entry sill plates in stainless steel, Cosworth vented foot pedals in machined aluminum, floor mats (black charcoal finish), diamond quilted centre glovebox and interior Cosworth enamel seat logos.

It not only looks sharper, but is quicker too. Cosworth has been tinkering under the bonnet and the vehicle is certainly not short of power. The engine enhancements consist of an arrangement of alterations to the supercharger and ECU programming, and this ensures a boost in power to 300 bhp - ensuring a very rapid and individual 4x4.

The company philosophy is to always give the customers what they want, so Afzal Kahn could for example, design you a vehicle with full colour change (to a colour of your choice) and an interior akin to, let’s say, your favourite leather reclining chair in your living room. Customers could also change the colour of the clock, or ask for anything else, the world is their oyster, so to speak.

Kahn wheels sit perfectly, on any vehicle, conveying the essence of the vehicle’s identity. Created using state of the art manufacturing and materials technology, the Kahn Cosworth RS wheels – 9.5 x 22 (front) and 10 x 22 (rear concaved) fir all original centre caps.

With simple clean lines, soft organic surfaces on the edge of the spoke and a purposeful mechanical centre, the Kahn Cosworth RS wheels are synonymous with elegance and innovation.

A. Kahn Design is for the individual who will not submit to a life of uniformity and who will only accept perfection. Dedicated to the creation of luxury bespoke vehicles, we redesign the ordered monotony of mass produced vehicles and rebuild them into individually tailored creations.

although a little rough, this body kit works well on the car. and the interior is a master piece!

i think that was the point all along. and they sure made it! and the bali blue sure adds to the effect!

i love the way the leather was sewed! the pattern is different and it makes the car less common. i like that!

not only does it look apart, but it feels it too. the interior is special!

well, that is true. the car sure looks apart from any other vehicle!

i think kahn was more concerned by the looks of the car rather than the outstanding performance. and he got the looks dead on!

snow is right. here kahn had to work with what was available.

tinur has a point. but hey, that car is made by the M division, and it has a 5 liter engine!

hmm..no! i think midocar has a point. the X5M has 500 HP. that is almost double!

i think it is just you!

is it just me, or the 300 HP seem a little too few?

i think the interior of the car is interesting. in a good way.

in my opinion, this car is a little bit too "bling".

i think this is a great looking car!
