2012 Range Rover SC Kahn RS600 Copper Metallic by Kahn Design

Famed UK tuner Kahn Design has a new program for the Range Rover and for this one, they’re getting some assistance from a reliable friend: engine tuner Cosworth.

So yeah, there’s more than just cosmetic changes on this new Kahn-tuned bad boy.

Comprising of an exclusive body package that includes a Kahn Copper Metallic finish, Kahn’s magic touch was evident from the get-go. Among the added components are a number of parts finished in the RangeRover’s body color, including the rear diffuser, the RS front grille surround insert, door handles, and door mirrors. From there, Kahn installed an RS extended large upper roof wing, an RS front grille with a 3D mesh, an RS quad oval exhaust system, RS vented front and rear wheel arches with integrated front air dams, and RS vented rear, brake calipers finished in copper. Finishing off the exterior modifications are LED daytime running lights on the front wheel arches, a privacy tinted glass, Kahn enamel wing shields, and a new set of 22" satin black RS wheels with orange pin striping.

Moving to the interior, Kahn Design really went full throttle in putting a luxurious touch on the SUV. The diamond quilted center glove box is the first indication that the interior has been poshly dressed up. The center console has been finished in carbon fiber, while the clock bezel surround has been finished in Swarovski Diamonds. From there, the vented foot pedals have been machined in aluminum while the front and rear seats have been quilted and perforated in ivory leather with contrasting stitching. Meanwhile, the floor mats have been finished in black charcoal and the interior facia trim has a 3D Carbon finish. Kahn illuminated door entry sill plates in stainless steel round out the package, as does the Kahn orange rev counter, speedo, time clock, and fascia inserts.

Under the hood, Cosworth picked up the paces with a performance upgrade of the SUV’s 5.0-liter supercharged engine, increasing it from 500 horsepower to 555 horsepower and 600 lb/ft of torque and subsequently, improving its 0-60 mph time to just 4.5 seconds.
