The Land Rover Range Rover and its smaller sibling the Sport have been subject to tuning modifications from nearly every manufacturer. Few modifications for these vehicles revolve around off-roading anymore – instead they have been focused towards style and on-road performance.
Revere London is a relatively new tuning house that released its first entire vehicle conversion based on the Range Rover Sport. Their philosophy towards modification is, “to provide clientele with a unique lifestyle choice, excellent service and complete discretion.” That may sound like a bunch of bull, but they have remained true to it. Revere not only slaps a set of new wheels and a body kit on your Range, they have dedicated designers and service agents waiting at your beckon call. The company offers complete conversions as well as specific parts depending on the clients wants and needs and shops are located throughout Great Britain.
The British heritage is important to Land Rover and Revere, making craftsmanship paramount in creating their unique vehicles. The tuning programs available for Land Rover models have been carefully designed to enhance the vehicle and not overshadow its already strong presence. From exterior body work to interior luxury, Revere has created a set of great Land Rover products.

Located prominently on the front of both the Range Rover and Sport models is the signature Revere grill. Its grill design and large shield badge are not easily missed when one of these drives by, but at the same time they are not as flashy as a chromed out Strut model. The rest of the front end is fashioned with a plastic front bumper and lower fascia that is guaranteed to fit with the OEM body mounts. A set of Hella fog lamps and contrasting paint color for the air dam give the Range Rover Sport an even more aggressive look.
Further enhancing the custom feel, Revere will color match several body pieces to the overall color of the car. The door handles and side vents are the most popular option for this paint job and it helps the car look even more sinister especially when painted black.
Completing the exterior modifications is a lowering module for the air suspension that helps the Revere 22” aluminum rims fit snugly into the wheel wells.
Customization reaches new heights inside the Range Rover models where over 15 different colors of leather are available. Considering that Revere tends to use at least 6 hides inside each car, you’ll want to make a good choice. Everything from the seats to the steering wheel can be stitched and covered in whatever method your heart desires. Our favorite would have to be a mix of diamond-quilt stitching and a piano black wood steering wheel and alcantara headliner. The leather does not have to end on the seats either; it can be placed all the way down the tunnels surrounding the dash as well as the door panels, door pulls, and dash itself. The high-grade materials are all inspected by hand during and after the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Revere has also created a set of custom gauges, steering wheels, audio-visual equipment, and umbrella sets for your Range Rover which further illustrate the complete tuning experience that Revere is trying to showcase.
Engine and performance upgrades vary based on which model Revere will be tuning, but in general they combine the same items to increase power. A custom exhaust system that flows out through the redesigned rear bumper gives the Range Rover models their biggest performance boost allowing the V8 to breathe easier. ECU reprogramming is also available and can offer a bump to 410hp for the 4.2-liter supercharged V8.
Revere has decided to use the performance industry standard, Brembo, for braking needs that have been amplified by larger wheels and increased performance. Overall the minor tweaks to the Land Rover lineup in terms of power will lead to a better drive, but not overshadow the basic models by too much.
Competition for these types of vehicles is an oxymoron. The customer can create any type of vehicle they want from mild to wild. Many shops in the United States and abroad are capable of what Revere does, but maybe not at the same level of sophistication. More established tuners such as Project Kahn or Hamann may have more experience, but in the world of ultra-exclusive luxury automobiles finding a shop that not everyone knows of could be your key to getting noticed at the country club.
