2011 Lexus IS-F Club Performance Accessory

The second customized Lexus IS-F coming out of the Tokyo Auto Salon comes from TRD (Toyota Racing Department). Called the IS-F Club Performance Accessory, this new package gives the most powerful member of the IS family an even bolder appearance.

For the exterior, TRD added a carbon hood, front and rear spoiler, and a rear diffuser. TRD then went inside the car and gave it a carbon switch panel base, paddle shift, sports seats covered in orange leather, and a carbon engine cover.

Finally, to deliver an even more impressive driving experience, the Club Performance Accessory gets sports suspension and brakes, a titanium exhaust, magnesium forged wheels, and a mechanical LSD. There were no modifications done under the hood, but the IS-F is already powered by a 5.0-liter V8 engine rated at 416 HP at 6,600 rpm and 371 lb.-ft. of peak torque at 5,200 rpm so who needs more than that, right?

V8 engine is already quite good on this one, but I think it is better if they use a V10 or V12 engine for the fact that it is a sports vehicle. Anyway, it still looks like their other vehicle on its platform.

Well, the accessories that this IS-F had is truly so striking and looking very attractive on it, regardless on its gull-wing. I think it is better if they remove it. smiley

Well now, that’s really something that you don’t get to see everyday. I never thought that the IS-F would actually look as cool as this one. Love the whole design.

I like the exterior looks and the color itself. The overall package is great!.

Anyway i could continue you get the point! It ain’t no holden maybe if anything it is talking a leaf out of the porsche book but more likely the BMW range which do a clubsport 3 series.

The first thing came to my mind was that I can re-create similar aerokits and match the body colour in Gran Turismo 5.

While Lexus. does already offer a selection of F-Sport branded TRD bits for the IS-F, the automaker now seems poised to deliver a selection of track-focused goodies for those who want to take their 5.0-liter V8 sedan around the track.

Nice car, ugly paintjob... even if it is trendy!

I love the Lexus... but I think the interior space, balanced with the external size, is quite small. They need to find a way to make useful more of those 5 meters of car!

Still I think the best thing Lexus could do is to design some new lines for their cars. The way it’s going now is more on the cheap looks but build very refined and with good materials.
