With Lincoln's->ke48 MKZ Black Label trim getting a lot of the publicity leading up to their public debuts at Pebble Beach, it's important to remember that another one of the company's models is getting the Black Label treatment.

In addition to the three MKZs->ke456 that were given Black Label executions, the MKC also received some luxury interior lovin', highlighting the lengths Lincoln will go to provide its resident SUV an expressive form of luxury that can set it apart from the rest of the competition.

It's not surprising that Lincoln would go this route. After all, it's been widely established that the brand has a certain taste for luxury that is only emboldened and emphasized by the unveiling of the Black Label trim for the MKC.

But the best part of this announcement is the equally important news that the Black Label interior trim won't be limited to just being showpiece exhibits at Pebble Beach. Lincoln has every intention to release them out to the market, possibly as early as late next year.

That news, on its own, is enough for us to give these interior upgrades, including the one on the MKC Black Label some serious air time.

Exterior

The exterior of the Lincoln MKC Black Label Concept isn't all too different from what you stand to get with a standard SUV. But it does come with a Chroma Flare exterior finish that adds a more pronounced and sporty look to the luxury SUV.

While we would've liked to see more chrome details on the MKC Black Label Concept, or possibly some nice new trims, we can't deny that this Chroma Flare exterior finish looks mighty fly for the MKC.

Interior

Talk about a clean yet sophisticated look that touches on a lot of what a customer would want inside an SUV. That's what Lincoln accomplished by dressing up the MKC Black Label Concept in the same Modern Heritage theme as one of the three MKZ Black Label models.

The softness of the predominantly white interior looks pretty fresh on the MKC. The contrasting black dashboard prevents the cabin from looking all-too clean, a stark play on the classic black-and-white interior treatment that doesn't appear to be going out of style any time soon.

Add the subtle red accents throughout the interior and the wood trim with metal flakes between its layers and you have a cabin that just sparkles out of its mind. This is the kind of cabin that MKC owners will be frothing over.
