Jeep found a very cool way to pay tribute to the earliest civilian Jeep vehicles used during the World War II with the unveiling of the special-edition Wrangler Willys Wheeler Edition. The model is based on the Wrangler Sport model and features a series of upgrades that help to distinguish it from the rest of the lineup.

Under the hood, the special Wrangler keeps the usual 3.6-liter, Pentastar V-6 engine that produces 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The Pentastar mates to a standard six-speed manual or an available five-speed automatic transmission.

The new Jeep Wrangler Willys Wheeler Edition will make its world debut at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show tomorrow, and it will hit the market in early 2014. Prices will start from $25,795 for two-door models and from $29,595 for the Unlimited (four-door) model.

With just a few days before the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show opens its gates, Mercedes has posted a teaser image for a new AMG model, which will debut in LA, on its Facebook page. Mercedes didn’t reveal any other details on this image, so let the speculations begin!

The description next to the teaser image was as follows: "Want to take a glimpse into the future? Over the next few days we will uncover a new member of the AMG family, bit by bit. This first picture shows a front splitter made of visible carbon. Any idea what is coming?"

No, we have no idea, but we can take a crack at guessing. If you remember, Mercedes is expected to arrive in Los Angeles Auto Show with a special SLS Final Edition — the last model to be built before the new Mercedes GT/SLC takes its slot. Additionally, if you take a look at the current SLS and the teaser picture, you will notice some similar elements, like the carbon fiber lip and the design of the air intakes.

We will find out whether we are right or wrong soon enough, so stay tuned.

After a very short tease, Honda unveiled the new FCEV Concept at the Los Angeles Auto Show . The concept hints at futuristic and aerodynamic design of a next-generation fuel-cell electric vehicle set for release in 2015 in the U.S and Japan, with a European release to follow later.

According to Honda, when the production version will arrive in 2015, it will be the first vehicle in the world to feature a fuel-cell powertrain packaged completely in the engine room of the vehicle. In the past, it was rumored that the new-generation Mercedes S-Class would drop the V-12 engine from its lineup, but it looks like things have changed as of late. Car and Driver reports that Benz will unveil the new-generation S65 AMG at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show in November and the debut of S600 will follow it at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show in January.

We expect the next S65 AMG to carry the same engine as the current model, so don’t look for any real surprises.

When it comes to its exterior look, just try to imagine an even more aggressive S63 AMG — if that’s even possible — and the interior will be even sportier and more luxurious.

Stay tuned for more information, as we creep closer the the LA Show.
