2003 - 2010 BMW 6 Series by Lumma Design

The new generation of the BMW 6-Series Cabrio may be reveling in the glow of its unveiling, but not everyone follows the out with the old and in with the new way of life. Lumma Design, for example, isn’t bothering with developing a new package for the next generation Cabrio, but is instead revitalizing an older version for all of us that would like to feel that our old cars can still feel like new. The E64 6-Series is all polished and ready to go, sporting a new ’do in the form of added features for the exterior and interior.

The updated BMW can now be seen wearing a new front bumper, a matching rear apron, a new rear wing, and a new set of 21" polished chrome three-part sport rims. Other add-ons, like the front grille and exterior mirror casings, are sharpened up with the use of carbon fiber. At the back, the convertible makes good use of the 4-pipe sports exhaust system filtering out the power from the eight-cylinder power unit developing 360 HP.

Lumma Design didn’t leave the interior untouched as they added an ergonomically shaped and flattened steering wheel trimmed with carbon and leather, white instrument dials and seat belts, an aluminum pedal set, door sills, a dash panel, a handbrake handle, and seat back shells trimmed in real carbon.

It may not be the brand spanking new 6-Series Cabrio, but this finished product is worth a glance or two.

I like the glowing color and the concept seemed very clean and welcoming. Another thing its simply relaxing inside and outside by looking the car.

The figure performance of the car is kind of impressive as well as its styling. I wonder on what’s the difference of this production with the version containing M package?

Well,i have to say that I’m impressed with the speed performance of the vehicle. The styling of the car is great as well.

The downside of Cabrio is its weight. I’m sure the hard rooftop makes the car heavier. Well, I wasn’t impressed with its power output. I think it would be better if they have used a M package for this one.

cabrio, is quite an impressive version for it makes the car look more luxurious and elegant. Well, its a good thing that they have upgrade the details as well the power output of the car. But I don’t think that this is an impressive aftermarket version for its kind of less appealing.

Well, nothing much can be said about this one’s exterior. But what I am really liking is the interior, they really did a nice job of making it look elegant, especially with that steering wheel.

Well, even if this one is already an “old” thing, it certainly still looks rather good. I really won’t have this one for the newer version if it doesn’t suit my tastes.

It really looks the same..Well, back to the car, it really so elegant and the detailing was perfect although I think its less to be considered a sportscar since it has a less powerful output. However, this Cabrio version will be good for the summer season!

Yeah, I bet this car got his inspiration from the summer season! Well, I guess am right!lol BTW, is it only me or this car looks similar with Mercedes Accurian RS? The paint job, body and the convertible makes the two looks so identical except for the kidney grille and badge!
