Aside from the German tuning firm Hamann, the fellow Bavarian automotive restyling experts at Lumma Design are the second tuners scheduled to unveil an appearance package for the high horsepower BMW X6 M. Called CLR X650 M, the kitted sport activity vehicle will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show wearing a set of bold bumpers, aggressive side skirts and a more pronounced rear spoiler while riding on a set of oversized alloys measuring 23 inches in diameter.
The twin turbocharged 4.4 Liter V8 engine has been tweaked to produce a total of 650 HP and can now sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in 4.5 seconds and reach a ridiculous 194 MPH top speed.

The BMW tuners at Lumma Design go to extreme lengths in order to please their customers, a little while ago they came out with the CLR X 650 kit for the BMW X6 sport activity vehicle. The massive bodykit broadens the SAV by about three inches on each side thanks to a set of wide body fenders from and back, the hood is vented and made from lightweight carbon fiber, the front bumper has been given a more aggressive treatment with larger openings and LED driving lights while an individualized rear bumper spruces things up out back complete with carbon diffuser. However this particular Russian customer wanted something a little different, instead of the typical gleaming white X6, they requested for a more intimidating flat black version and boy does it look impressive, especially riding on those massive 23 inch mesh spoke matte black rims.
Lumma Design, in cooperation with G-Power revealed today the CLR 730 RS - one of the fastest limousine out there. The car is based on the M5 E60 and improves both performances and the car’s look.
The most amazing thing about the car is the 730 hp V10 bi-compressor engine developed by G-power. It is the most powerful engine ever used in a BMW. And the results are amazing: 0 to 60 mph in 4 seconds and a top speed of 228 mph.
The body kit includes: a hood, a trunk lid with integrated tearing edge, mirror caps, door handles, entrance strips and fenders - all made of carbon. The car sits on 21" wheels and features an original brake system.
The car’s interior is defined by a bicolor complete leather interior in red/white with stitched diamond patterns and white fancy seems.

After we saw the Lumma-Design CLR 550 R based on the Porsche Cayenne GTS, the German tuner went to work on another SUV with an identity crisis, the BMW X6. The result is the CLR X 650. The new vehicle comes with a redesigned front bumper with integrated daytime running LEDs, new mirror covers, a rear lip carbon spoiler, and a new rear bumper with integrated exhaust cutters and rear air diffuser.
The kit also includes 23-inch Lumma Racing 3 alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin 315/25-23 tires on the front and rear. Also the 4.4-liter V8 engine received some attention but unfortunately the manufacturer released no data about the upgrade.

Lumma Design, the German tuner, will be showing off its revised Porsche Cayenne GTS at Germany’s Essen Motor Show at the end of the month. The Lumma Design CLR 550 R takes the hot Cayenne and drops in a supercharger to move it form 400 hp to 612 hp. The kit also includes the body modification such as a new wide open grille, side skirts, front and rear spoilers, vents on the hood, and a rear diffuser.
While this whole package is impressive, after seeing edo’s Cayenne GTS, is even more power really necessary? Once again, are there any average drivers out there who know how to keep control of a 5000 lb. truck that has more power than a Dodge Viper?
