Maserati revealed the first info about the Quattroporte Sport GT S, a model that will be unveiled in September at Frankfurt motor Show. The "S" on its name means "exceptional dynamic behavior and uncompromised handling".

Novitec put their hands on the latest Quattroporte and made some modifications to the car. The result is great: an updated ECU, a power optimized exhaust system and a sport coil over suspension with dual adjustment. The Novitec Maserati Quattroporte has a 413 hp power output at 7100 rpm.

Maserati is introducing a new trim within its Quattroporte model. After getting feedback from Quattroporte owners and car journalists, Maserati realized that some drivers were frustrated by the automated manual transmission (Duo Select) offered on the earlier model. While it is great on the track, the gear changes are a bit too rough for smooth city driving.

This special Maserati Quattroporte was realized by Studio M. It will be exposed to "Scrigno Tesori d’Italia", an auto show dedicated to luxury and beauty. The event will take place from 16 to 18 March in Rome.
