It was only three months ago when Wheelsandmore presented a program for the McLaren MP4-12C Spyder - or just 12C, depending on your preference - yet somehow, it only took them that long to announce another project based on the British supercar->ke177.

Apparently, there's no rest for the weary over there in Germany.

For this particular take, Wheelsandmore pulled off another knock-out program for the MP4-12C Spyder, giving it a full breadth of customizable details that hits all the right chords for fans of the McLaren->ke284.

The program even has its own name - British Open - and an appropriate designation at that, further highlighting the level of creativity and excellence that Wheelsandmore has come to be known for.

For all the pomp and hype the industry puts on aftermarket companies, Wheelsandmore has become one of the best at what it does, not because of the quantity of projects it rolls out, but because a lot of these programs have exceeded all of our expectations.

Wheels Up!

Wheels have become an integral part of any program for Wheelsandmore. For the British Open program, the German tuner decided to fit a new set of 20" 6Sporz² wheels in the front and an equally new set of 21" 6Sporz² wheels in the rear. Both wheel set-ups come wrapped in Continental Sport Contact 5P tires.

Engine Modifications

Just like its engine mod on the MP4-12C Spyder project back in May, Wheelsandmore took to great lengths to give the British supercar a faster and more powerful setup. By upgrading the car's ECU and installing a handcrafted C-M-R-P exhaust with a remote-control flap system, the German tuner was able to bump the MP4-12C's 3.8-liter V-8 engine from 626 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque all the way up to 700 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque. All these changes gave the MP4-12C a faster 0-to-60 mph time of 3 seconds to go with an estimated top speed of 210 mph.
