The McLaren 650S has drained many wallets since debuting at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. That comes with the territory of buying a supercar->ke177 that costs $265,000. It costs a lot to get your hands on one, but it costs even more if the 650S gets the McLaren Special Operations treatment, which is exactly the case for this thing of beauty right here.

MSO has been responsible for a handful of special-edition 650S models. This time, McLaren’s->ke284 very own bespoke division created a unique example of the 650S specifically for a McLaren retailer in Paris.

The car itself doesn’t appear to be headed to a specific owner, but will instead be featured at the Chantilly Arts & Elegance event this weekend at Domaine de Chantilly near Paris. It sounds like a fancy event and judging by the way MSO designed this particular 650S, I’ll venture a guess that it’s going to be well-dressed for the occasion.

Hopefully, this 650S finds an owner soon after it shows off for the cameras at the Chantilly Arts & Elegance event. It would be a travesty if nobody gets to enjoy the beautiful work MSO did to this saucy McLaren.

The McLaren 650S is powered by a 3.8-liter, twin-turbo V-8 that produces 640 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque. The engine is bolted to a seven-speed DSG transmission, allowing it to hit 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds to go with a top speed of 207 mph.

McLaren 650S Pearl White By MSO in detail

People always say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I'll counter that by saying whoever doesn't like this Pearl White 650S might need to get his eyes checked.

The gleaming, metallic finish on the body is a treat to the eyes, and that’s just by looking at these photos. There’s a good chance I might just faint if I get too close to it. See, it’s not just the 650S’ colors that makes it so unique; MSO also installed a handful of new details, including mirror casings finished in gloss black. The car’s roof also comes in that color, creating a nice contrast that speaks to the level of style and elegance put into this model.

Out back, a carbon-fiber diffuser was installed, as well as a new set of five-spoke lightweight forged 650S alloy wheels finished in gloss black.

The treats don’t end with just the body of the 650S. Step inside the beautiful interior and you’ll be treated to a whole new world filled with lightweight black Alcantara and contrasting orange stitching.

There are also generous amounts of carbon-fiber applications that complement the gloss-black finish MSO applied to the air vents, instrument cluster, and switches on the Active Dynamics Panel.

McLaren 650S

The McLaren 650S can be best described as the 12C's big brother. It's faster, more powerful, and admittedly sexier than the 12C. Although it shares the same "skeleton" as its little bro, the 650S actually features design details pulled from the almighty P1.

It comes with a 3.8-liter, twin-turbo V-8 that develops 640 horsepower (650PS) and 500 pound-feet of torque. This is enough for a 0-to-60-mph time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 207 mph.
