This is the time, in seconds, for the 0 to 60 mph sprint for the 2006 Mercedes CLK DTM AMG Cabriolet.

Mercedes established a new record at the RM Auctions where two CLK GTR - a coupe and a roadster have been sold for £1.1 million ($1,8 million) - the coupe went for £522,500 while the roadster sold for £616,000.

Limited to only 25 units (20 of them in coupe version), the CLK GTR is powered by a 6,898 cc naturally-aspirated V12 engine with dual overhead camshafts that delivers a total of 612 hp and is mated to a six-speed sequential-manual transmission. It makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3.2 seconds and is capable of a top speed of 198 mph.

Press release after the jump.
