Mercedes Italy has unveiled the special edition SLK Naked, a model inspired by nature and sport and aimed for the young audience. It will be limited to only 99 units and will be offered exclusively with the engine from the 184 hp 200 Kompressor. The official debut will be made at the World Ducati Week on June 10-13, 2010.
The SLK Naked will be offered with customizable options including 18" 5-twin-spoke alloy wheels, burnished headlights and tailights, an AMG rear spoiler, and an air conditioning THERMATIC automatic. The SLK also features options such as a sophisticated sound system 20 dual tuner, MP3, Bluetooth handsfree, and 9 speakers.
It will be available in white limestone, Palladio Silver, Grey, and Black oxidising, or, on request, Silk Cashmere White, Grey, and Grey Alani platinum. The interior gets aluminum inserts and nappa leather.
The Mercedes SLK Naked starts off at a price of 40,900 euros in Italy.
