Sometimes it takes the eye of a Japanese designer to turn a high end European luxury sedan into a memorable over the top tuner car, and that is exactly what Wald International did when they expanded their Black Bison line to include the all new Mercedes Benz E-Class. Like most of their Black Bison Edition creations, this modified Mercedes is a black on black work of automotive art and features bolder body lines and more slats than a super car can shake a stick at, giving the 2010 E-Class a very aggressive look.
The entire package is made up of a new front bumper with a protruding lower lip, four large projector style driving lights and vents on either side. The front fenders stick out wider than the factory pieces and add more air extracting cutouts to the new E with a set of vents that run almost the entire vertical length of fender. Tying the front of the car the rear are a pair of bold side skirts, that lead to a new rear apron complete with integrated diffuser and cutouts for the sport tuned quad tipped exhaust. Finishing off the Black Bison body kit are a pair of spoilers, one mounted at the trailing edge of the roof and the other on the deck lid. Rounding out Wald’s take on the new E-Class are a set of their signature MAHORA rims mounted at all four corners.

Brabus unveiled this week-end at the Essen Motor Show the most powerful roadster in the world: the SV12 R Roadster based on the Mercedes SL-Class.
The SV12 R Roadster is powered by a Biturbo 750 V12 engine that delivers a total of 750 hp at just 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 1,350 Nm (995 lb-ft) from 2,100 rpm.
As a result the car’s performances are incredible: the sprint from 0 to 60 mph is made in 4 seconds, to 124 mph in 10,5 seconds, to 186 mph in 29,5 seconds, and the top speed is limited to 217 mph.
At the exterior the Sv12 R gets a new BRABUS front apron with LED daytime running lights and auxiliary high beams and fog lamps, a rear component that integrates environmental lighting, a centrally mounted rear reflector and two cutouts for the sport exhaust system. The car sits on one-piece or multi-piece BRABUS Monoblock light-alloy wheels available in four different sizes: 17, 18, 19 and 20 inches.

We thought we left the witch-hunting back centuries ago, but as it turns out, in Germany, a whole new form of burning-at-the-stake is taking place. A group of protestors from Berlin that support leftist organizations in the German capital have taken their whole approach of getting noticed to a new level, and they’re doing it by burning down luxury cars.
Yes, this is the 21st century and apparently, hooligans still do exist. More than 200 cars have been reported to being burned by these people, most of which include local luxury brands like Mercedes, BMW, and Volkswagen. They burn these cars in an attempt to send a message that the growing increase in rent due to the ongoing urban development in the city isn’t sitting too well with the blue-collar folks that can’t keep up with the gentrification of their city. So, in an attempt to get their points across; they burn down any luxury car that is unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end of their wrath.
Making things worse is that they’d leave a note after the poor car has been burned to a crisp, even claiming responsibility for their fiery rage. So, if you’re in Berlin with a brand-new luxury vehicle, make sure you keep a close eye on it, especially during weekend nights, before it gets toasted – literally.
As we can see Mercedes are becoming a popular target for tuners, and this particular GL Class caught the attention of Brabus. The German tuners will bring this modified SUV to the Essen Motor Show next week adorned with their signature WIDESTAR treatment. The wide body panels are made from Pur-R-Rim plastics and are made to match quite a few of their 21 and 22 inch wheel choices. Although Brabus will leave the high performance variant of the GL pretty much alone, they are offering some serious performance upgrades for the diesel powered versions.

As it comes from the factory, the Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG is one of the most powerful SUVs on the market today. However if you appetite can’t be satiated by Mercedes in house tuners, then the aftermarket modification specialists at VATH might have something that is of great interest to you, an all new performance package that not only adds a few horsepower to the ML Class, but also balance out all aspects of the ML as well.
Not ones to worry about getting their hands dirty, VATH’s team of mechanics will pull the heads so that their machinists can open up the air passages with a port and polish before they recut the valve seats so that not only will they be able to flow more air but so that the new oversized intake and exhaust valves will be able to keep the power producing explosion inside the combustion chamber even better contained. With the addition of performance camshafts, the entire package will bump the hand built 6.2 Liter V8s output up to 585 HP, 75 HP over stock. The result of the enhancements is an SUV that can sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in only 4.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 186 MPH. On the outside, VATH’s adds a new rear spoiler to help keep the SUV stable at speed. The ML now rides on a set of three piece light weight alloy rims measuring 22 inches in diameter that house a high performance braking system and hide the upgraded suspension from gazing onlookers. The price for all this high performance hardware is €17,850; which is not bad considering the amount you already dropped on an AMG tuned SUV.

The next Mercedes Benz tuner of the day, after Brabus showed off what they can do with the new E Class, MEC Design has released a few renderings of their new appearance package for Benz’s new super car, the SLS AMG. While this kit is a bit wilder that the more conservative sketches that we are used to seeing from other aftermarket specialists like Lorinser, it would be hard to deny that it is interesting to say the least.
Instead of accentuating the 21st century gull wing’s protruding pontoon fenders, MEC has flattened out the body lines and given the SLS more of a tuner style front end. The redesign starts off with an oversized big mouth front bumper, continues with a set of oversized side skirts and a set of stylish Mextremell rims measuring 22 inches in diameter. Although you can’t see it too well from this angle, MEC also has plans for a new rear spoiler and a high performance exhaust system. On the inside, MEC promises wrap the interior with a mix of luxurious leather and butt hugging Alcantara as well as a few carbon fiber inserts and a sport steering wheel. No matter what you opinion may be about this radical restyling it is hard to deny how good the front mount looks peeking through that front bumper.
The German tuners at Brabus have gotten their hands on the new Mercedes Benz E63 AMG and transformed the high end luxury sedan into a real fire breathing beast. Thanks Brabus’ B63 S performance package, both the 6.2 Liter sedan and station wagon models are now able to deliver a maximum output of over 550 HP and are now capable of reaching a super car like top speed of 200 MPH.
Brabus makes this possible by uncorking the performance machine and letting it breathe better with a pair of high flow air filters, free flowing exhaust complete with sport cats and a new ECU to bring the factory 518 HP 6.2 Liter hand built V8 up to a 555 HP rating. As a result of the increase in power the AMG tuned E Class can sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in just 4.3 seconds and thanks to eliminating the car’s electronic speed limiter, top speed goes up to 200 MPH. On the outside Brabus upgrades the E63 with a more pronounced lip spoiler up front while out back there is a new downforce inducing diffuser and a trunk spoiler. Brabus also saw fit to include a set of blistered sport fenders complete with lateral air outlets to fit their wider variety of 18, 19 and 20 inches wheels underneath. The only thing that Brabus has left to do with this AMG is to pull the motor and drop in one of their twin turbocharged V12 setups.

It seems that the SLS AMG has quickly became a hit among tuners. This is the third or fourth we have seen in the last two days. It comes from the German tuner Kicherer. Their kit is called SLS 63 CP and comes with carbon made front spoiler lip, roof, rear diffuser and larger air intakes to better cool the 6.3 liter V8 engine.
Up front the SLS features a large handcrafted front-grill made of stainless steel, which is optionally also available in a discreet gold tone. The car sits on 20" RS-1 lightweight wheels in the classic double spoke design.
At the rear the tuner added a stainless steel exhaust system with four oval end-pipes. On demand the tuner is also offering performances upgrades for the 571 hp engine.
If you were a billionaire with too much money to last you a zillion lifetimes, would you spend approximately $6 to 15 million on a car that once belonged to the man responsible for the most destructive war in history?
Apparently for this Russian billionaire, the answer is yes.
The car is a customized blue Grosser Mercedes-Benz 770K, which – as a matter of fact – used to belong to no less than Adolf Hitler. Granted, this man has more money than a number of countries, but we figured that anything is off limits when it comes to Hitler himself.
Then again, we don’t have $15 million and this guy has them in his piggy bank so we really can’t tell him what to do.
Even if just launched, the new Mercedes SLS AMG already caught the tuner’s attention. And the first kit will be launched by Brabus at the Essen Motor Show.
And even if at the moment there is only one picture of the car, Brabus announced they have installed a new exhaust that increase the car’s power to 700 hp (up from the standard 571 hp).
And if you take a closer look to the image you will notice a new set of wheels, but that’s pretty much it.
