At Los Angeles Auto Show, Nissan will unveil the new Sentra SE-R. the 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R offers more power, performance and technology to this highly acclaimed model. Nissan today announced pricing on the all-new 2007 Nissan Sentra, which is on sale now at Nissan retailers nationwide. The starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the all-new Sentra, which receives a significant boost in interior space and an all-new 140-horsepower 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, is $14,750 for the Sentra 2.0 with 6-speed manual transmission. Nissan will stop selling 2006 Altimas and Sentras
On Friday Nissan Nort America asked dealers to stop selling 2006 four-cylinder Nissan Altimas and Sentra SE-Rs because of some reports of engine fires. It seems that there is one minor injury and it was investigating the cause of excessive oil consumption in the cars’ engines. Apparently the 100000 vehicles built between January 2006 and May may be subject to the problem. The popular Nissan Sentra receives minor enhancements for 2006, including an in-dash 6-disc CD changer added to the Audio Fanatic Package and two new colors - Sapphire Blue and Sunburst (new for 1.8 S). 1998 Nissan Sentra 200SX
