2011 Nissan GTR 650 by Hennessey

Hennessey has already created what was once the fastest Nissan GT-R in the world, but not everyone can handle 800 kicking horses in one sports car. So, for those with not enough gusto to handle the beast, but who are not satisfied with the tame 473 HP found in the standard GT-R , Hennessey has a package for you. It is called the GTR650, and the name pretty much says it all.

Thanks to a new stainless steel mid pipe exhaust, a new induction system, a modified boost controller, and new intercoolers, the 3.8 liter twin-turbo V6 engine delivers an impressive 662 HP at 6,500 rpm and a peak torque of 638 lb-ft Torque at 4,100 rpm. Unfortunately, there was no mention as to how this boost affected the performance of the sports car, but we are going to state the obvious when we say it will probably be faster than the standard, but slower than the 800hp modded GT-R. Next to the engine upgrade,Hennessey is also offering a transmission clutch pack upgrade.

In order to handle this amount of power, the GTR650 package needed to include new, improved suspensions and new sport brakes. A few different carbon fiber aerodynamic components, a new set of wheels, and performance tires were also added to complete the look and feel of the Nissan GT-R.

Hennessey really did a good work on this GTR 650! It looks more attractive than on its previous appearance. I’m also glad to know that its engine is had an impressive output of 662 hp, which is so great on it.

It is already looking great and fabulous on its sleek body paint, and even though it really looks so simple and ordinary I still find it very aggressive on its headlights and car lines, and I wonder if what will be the interior of this looks like.

The car lines are perfectly on their position, which emphasized the snobbish and sophisticated look that this GTR 650 had. I found also some sporty look on this car.

hmm. Summarizing the new deal that can be found in this aftermarket version makes me to conclude that Hennessey totally replaced a new engine for this car. I think its kind of a smart move for this company since its the best thing to do when craving for a more speedy car.

I agree with you people, I can’t wait for the prices of these cars to go down and bargain it to the lowest price! Why don’t they auction other cars as well. For a good cause, right?

I bet everyone is looking forward to take home this GTR 650. With its lowest price offer, am sure that this is one of the best promotion that Nissan gave to their consumers.

If the transmission is glass fragile with the stock power, how will it like that much?

I went to those links, Catapult, and oh my God, John Hennessy has problems. And with the economy the way it is with even the rich cutting back, John’s going to have more problems.

Hope that the older GTR will drop into more affordable price. This one is fantastically pretty looking.

agree Hennessey really make use of the carbon fibers to make this baby more lighter and faster in acceleration. I wonder how much does it costs to have one set of carbon fibers like this.

The GTR for sure is the greatest Nissan ever. The Hennessey tune is a good one. I love it! Sometimes the tuning is making the car uglier, however this is not the case.

Someone who specializes in Vipers but has been ban by the Viper Club of America probably needs to be looked at closer.
