There are some vehicles that are so outrageous that a test of your sanity is often required before you decide to jump into one. Well, the Lazareth Wazuma GT qualifies as one of these cars. At first glance, you'd think it was a low-volume sports car->ke506, but then you look at the back and you notice that the rear wheel is made up of two wheels that essentially share the same axle.

So is it a three-wheeler? It's definitely not a car or a motorcycle, as Lazareth has said. Yet amidst all the confusion, the Wazuma GT is completely drivable and actually has a powerful V-8 engine under its hood. It's also pretty light, with just a 2,170-pound curb weight, so its 375 horsepower and 387 pound-feet of torque output is plenty to put this near supercar->ke177 quickness.

The Lazareth Wazuma GT is quite an interesting vehicle, but the details are very thin on it. We are still trying to contact the manufacturer to get some info, but our attempts have been unsuccessful so far.

Lazareth Wazuma GT in Detail

The front end of the Wazuma GT actually looks impressive; it's got a sweeping bonnet, an aggressive front bumper, and Ferrari->ke252-like headlight configuration. The miniscule windshield also adds to the appeal, harkening back to the windshield-less look of the Aston Martin CC100.

Under its hood, the Wazuma GT is powered by a Jaguar-sourced, 4.0-liter supercharged V-8 that produces 375 horsepower and 387 pound-feet of torque, and mates to a five-speed automatic transmission. Power is sent to the close-set rear wheels. While Lazareth didn't divulge any performance details, it's not out of the realm of imagination to think that the vehicle can hit 60 mph in under four seconds to go with a top speed of 160 mph.
