Despite its name, this supercar has nothing to do with the famous Italian tuner, Abarth->ke2904. In fact, the Milan Abarth was built and designed by Carlo Abarth, a well-known Austrian citizen. The car made its first appearance at a small event in Monaco and will be making its world debut in February 2013.

The new supercar’s power will range from 600 to 1,100 horsepower and it will weigh only 900 kg (1,984 pounds). This monstrous power-to-weight ratio will allow the Milan Abarth to deliver incredible performance numbers -- first details suggest a 0-to-60 mph time of less than 3 seconds.

The road-going Milan Abarth will be limited to only seven units, and another seven SS units, which we assume are not approved for road use, will also be offered. Price will start from €300,000 - around $389,000 at the current exchange rates.

Update 12/17/12: A new teaser video (above) of the Milan Abarth has been released by the automaker. The video shows off its sexy exterior and even allows us to have a listen at its beastly exhaust note.
