New Porsche 911 Carrera 4S by TechArt

The Porsche tuning experts from Germany, TechArt have just unveiled their latest take on the all wheel drive 911 Carrera 4S at the Frankfurt Motor Show. In typical TechArt fashion the sports car’s aerodynamics have been improved with an aggressive body kit with choice of two exhausts with optional headers and high flow catalytic converters as well as three rear wing options and a wide variety of shoes.

In order to let its customers choose the tuner created 3 stages for the vehicle: the stage 1 tweaks the ECU and adds a new sports air filter boosting the car to an astonishing 500 hp;

stage 2 adds 40 extra hp and reduces the power to weight ratio to 2.94 kg per hp, offering a sprint from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.2 seconds; stage 3 receives a new exhaust system , 566 hp and 780 Nm of torque making possible the sprint from 0-62 mph in just 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 200 mph.

When you own a Porsche 911 (997) , it’s difficult to customize it because the car is almost perfect fresh from the factory. But DKR Tuning is trying to make it even better. The manufacturer released today the tuning kit available for the Porsche 997 Turbo . This consists in a front lip spoiler, new side sills and a new rear lip spoiler.

For better stability and handling a new H&R sport suspension kit was installed as well as a new set of 19 inch Cargraphic RS wheels. The engine received the DKR Performance Level II engine management system upgrade as well as a new exhaust system which making it capable to develop 540 hp and 557 ft lbs of torque. Price of the kit: $7,500.

The Porsche 997 Turbo received a new updated package from the German tuner Roock. The RST 600 LM Porsche 911 Turbo kit features a new body kit, electronic adjustable sport suspension, lightweight aluminum racing wheels and a titanium exhaust system. It was developed with the occasion of celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Le Mans Victory.

The new Roock RST 600 LM Porsche 911 Turbo is powered by a 3.6L engine capable of 602 hp with a top speed of 212 mph. The manual gearbox version can reach 62 mph in 3.3 sec and the Tiptronic S model does even better, in just 3.1sec.

German tuner Vorsteiner specializes in BMW , Mercedes and now is turning its attention to the Porsche 911 (997) . The 997 V-GT Coupe by Vorsteiner features a full carbon-fiber front spoiler, a front lip spoiler, a new rear vented bumper with integrated carbon-fiber air diffuser and a new rear wing spoiler for better stability.

Also, the tuner added new carbon-fiber door sills with Vorsteiner logo. In order to improve the looks, a new set of 5-spoke V-301 Series wheels were added.

For all the Porsche fans, Evolution MotorSports unveiled its lates tuning kit for the Porsche 997 Turbo . The tuner made all the fans a surprise, under the hood, were we can find : a new Billet Wheel High Flow VTG Turbos, Billet Aluminum Turbocharger Diverter Valves, High Flow ClubSport Intercoolers and VTG Headers w/ Pyramid Merge Collector - Ceramic Coated. Maybe you are wondering what these parts do...well, they all help the car achieve an astonishing 700 hp and when 725 hp when using racing fuel . Also a new street clutch system was installed as well as a new ECU software.

The new bodykit of the car consists in a carbon fiber front lip spoiler, new side sills, a big carbon fiber rear spoiler and a re-designed rear bumper featuring a new EVT-700 Exhaust System.

Based on the Porsche 997 Carrera, the Gembala GTR650 Avalanche made quite a buzz when it was launched, back in 2006. With 650 hp the car was capable to hit 200 km/h in just 11.2 seconds while the top speed was limited to 335 km/h. The vehicle’s engine delivered an impressive 820 Nm of torque at 4800 rpm. We say impressive due to the fact that a standard Porsche 997 Carrera delivered half of the torque, „only” 400 Nm at 4800 rpm.

Gemballa unveiled an Evo version of the GTR650 which involves a new aero package, featuring a GT Evo front bonnet, an Avalanche front skirt, GT2 Evo Carbon front lip, GTR Evo rear skirt and a GTR Evo Carbon rear spoiler. More informations when the official information will be unveiled!

As the name says it, the Avalanche 600 GT2 EVO is the new masterpiece from the well-known manufacturer powered by a 600 hp engine. With a torque of 840 Nm the car is capable to sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds while the top speed is limited to 320 km/h.

First impresion you have it when you look at the car is that it is very powerful due to the proemionent air intakes, modified side sills but also the big GT2 Evo rear spoiler.

The tuner also worked on the suspension system and added a variable ride height coilover suspension, a strut bar, stabilizer kit and stiffened axle mounts. In order to stop the car Gemballa offers a new brake system with four red high-performance brake calipers with 380 mm diameter. More details after the jump!

Gemballa revealed the GT380 tuning kit based on the 997 Carrera. The tuning kit gives the 911 a sportier and a more aggressive look.
