With only the Porsche badge missing, the 997 GT2 is in its final development stages. Set to be unveiled in November, the new GT2 will have an output of 530 hp and 3086 lbs in weight.

Porsche has just launched the new 997 Turbo Convertible, a 480 hp sports car. But for some of the guys who wants to experience the pleasure of driving at more than 400 km/h, like 9ff tuner, is never to soon to start working on your dream. Although Porsche has just unveil the 911 Turbo Convertible, the company will unveil a new model in September, at Frankfurt motor Show. For the UK market, the GT2 will be priced around £120,000 when it will go on sale in early 2008.
The GT2 will be powered by a 3.6-litre boxer engine with an output of 525 hp and with a curb weight of 1485kg the twin-turbo monster will be the first production 911 to top the 200mph mark.

Is true that the 997 GT3 RS has allready enough tuning from its origins, but GMG racing has decided to make this car a little more extreme. GMG is a racing tuning specialized in the top-of-the-range sporting vehicles -like Ferrari F430.
