2011 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid by Cargraphic

When people decide to go out and buy a hybrid it is usually because they care about the environment and are interested in better fuel economy. The kind of people that typically go hybrid really don’t care so much about the number of ponies the car is cranking out under the hood. That being said, we would tend to think the same idea can be applied for the new 2011 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid and its prospective owners.

Of course, there is always a tuning firm that tries to one up the car manufacturer and since Cargraphic has a thing for Porsches anyway, they would be the logical choice to embark on a hybrid upgrade. Cargraphic has announced plans for a tuning package for the Porsche Cayenne Hybrid SUV. The tuning package will include a custom exhaust system and ECU upgrades that will increase the engine power by a few horsepower (to exactly how much we do not know yet). The tuner will also add a subtle bodykit, lowered suspension, and 22" wheels.

We can’t wait to see what they come up with. It would be an interesting feat to tackle the engine of a hybrid and, although we don’t think this kit will fly off of the shelves, it would be nice to have the option to juice it up.

I wonder if this is more of a performance-based hybrid instead of Lexus’ FE-based hybrid. Porsche is definitely stepping up their HV game.

good thing that it came out in Hybrid, to be honest it’s engine is one of the gas guzler SUV.. yes it’s fast but your fuel consumption is also fast.

cayenne is a good suv, but to be honest it’s not that appealing, sorry cargraphic but that’s the truth.

He probably has a Turbo and want more power. Someone who has a hybrid car doesn’t care about power and speed because, well he got a hybrid!
