Subtlety has never been a trait for Hamann->ke521. As they've shown over the years, they don't waste any time building turning programs for premium vehicles and if you look at their program line-up for the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, you can tell that Hamann hasn't changed one bit.

One of their vehicles in the show is the Porsche Cayenne Turbo Guardian EVO. You've probably seen this program done on the Cayenne in previous years, but for this model, the German tuning company will be using the 2012 Cayenne Turbo.

As is always the case, the Guardian Evo comes with an extensive body kit that dramatically changes the profile look of the Cayenne Turbo. The front bumper is much larger than the stock version and also comes with larger air intakes, integrated daytime running lights, LED fog lights, and LED full-beam lights. Another significant addition to the kit is the carbon bonnet, which comes with a power dome used to improve the engine’s ventilation. Hamann also added a new rear bumper with an integrated diffuser and twin steel exhaust pipes. Then the tuning company widened the wheel arches by 120mm on the front and 160mm on the rear and fitted a new set of 23" alloy wheels wrapped in 315/25 Dunlop Sport Maxx tires.

In terms of performance upgrades, Hamann added a new sports air filter and a custom exhaust, as well as remapped the ECU, resulting in a 50-horsepower improvement for the Guardian Evo. Thanks to all these upgrades, the SUV can now do 550 horsepower and 568 lb/ft of torque, an increase from the stock numbers of 500 horsepower and 517 lb/ft of torque. These improvements allow the Guardian Evo to hit 0-62 mph in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 187 mph.
