TOPCAR is no stranger to awesome kits for the Porsche 911, along with other sports cars and supercars->ke177. Last year we saw the firm modify both the Carrera and the Carrera 4S with stylish body kits, and now the company has released its new Stinger GTR kit for the 991-generation 911 Turbo and Turbo S.

This TOPCAR kit is more than just your typical body kit, as these new components aren't made from cheap ABS plastic or fiberglass. Nope, they are made from vacuum-formed carbon fiber and Kevlar. That's right, these pieces are bulletproof... Okay, maybe they're not bulletproof, but it sounds damn cool to say.

The reason this is such a big deal is because flowing carbon-fiber into the body of the Porsche->ke1 911 is rather tough, but vacuum forming allows TOPCAR to work within very tight tolerances to get the perfect fit. And by the looks of this and all TOPCAR kits, you are in for a treat when you see the finished product in person.

Like most TOPCAR offerings, there are no performance mods added in , meaning you get a 520- or 560-horsepower, twin-turbo flat-six from the 911 Turbo and Turbo S, respectively. If that's not enough for you, I am certain the experts at TOPCAR will find a tuner kit that will make the engine as wild as the body.

Porsche 991 Turbo/Turbo S Stinger GTR By TopCar in detail

This comprehensive body kit starts up front, where TOPCAR added in a new front bumper that doesn't stray too far from the original one. It retains the basic three-opening setup and lower lip, but they are all made just a little larger and a little more aggressive. The big changes include a lip spoiler and a set of C-shaped air intakes on the edges. This helps keep the awesome 911 face, while giving it an extra helping of bad-ass.

The front hood was next on the docket, as TOPCAR pulled the old and boring 911 Turbo hood and tossed on a carbon-fiber unit with a U-shaped ridge in the center.

Another set of noticeable, but fairly reserved modification are the fenders. These new fenders feature heat extractors just aft of the front wheels with black inserts and the TOPCAR shark logo near the top. Speaking of the top, this kit also adds in a body line that continues from the top of the heat extractor to about three-quarters down the door, giving the otherwise boring 911 door a touch of sportiness.

Just below the doors are new side skirts that on this example have "TOPCAR" written across them. I am pretty sure you can opt to delete that, but it is tastefully done, in my opinion.

The rear fenders also get reworked, as TOPCAR enhanced the rear air intakes and eliminated the body lines that led to the intake, giving them a cleaner and sportier look. The rear fenders also look to be slightly larger than the 911 Turbo's, giving it a nice stance. These fenders flow nicely into a reworked rear bumper that has a deep scallop on each side, larger air outlets and a carbon-fiber lower insert. And topping it all off is that massive rear bumper that we have all come to know from TOPCAR.

Overall, this kit is slick and not over-the-top, something TOPCAR has really become very good at.

The kit will hit the show circuit in late summer 2014 at the Moscow International Automobile Salon 2014.
