2010 Renault Megane Coupe-Cabrio by H&R

Summer is here; bring out the convertibles! Not to lose out on the prime time for open air coupes, H&R has prepared a new tuning package for the new Renault Megane Coupe-Cabrio just in time for it’s arrival in sales rooms.

To make the Cabrio shine, the tuner is offering a new spring set that lowers the car’s ride by 35-40 mm. The package also includes a set of H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers made of high tensile aluminum. This set is made available to all customers regardless of whether it is combined with OE or aftermarket wheels.

The Renault Megane Coupe-Cabriolet made its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show. It will be offered with a choice of three petrol engines with outputs ranging from 110 HP to 140 HP and three diesel engines cranking out anywhere from 110 HP to 160 HP; all mated to either a six speed manual or a six speed EDC (Efficient Dual Clutch) automatic transmission.

Press release after the jump.

Just in time for it´s arrival in the sales rooms – H&R´s accessories are already available. This naturally also applies to the new Mega Mega ne coupé convertible from Renault. The suspension specialists from Lennestadt are as of now offering the ideal spring set for the ambitious cruiser. A lowering by about 35-40 millimetres not only improves it visually but also makes this open air coupé with front wheel drive a shade more dynamic - without noticeably detracting from the comfort.

Highlights can be also be gained from the H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers made of high tensile aluminium – regardless of whether it is combined with OE or aftermarket wheels.

The often unsightly gap between the wheel arch and the edge of the wing can thus be definitely confined to the past.

The full range of H&R Spezialfedern products is immediately available and along with the expected H&R quality always comes with a general operating permit (ABE) or TÜV certificate of conformity for parts.

I would love to have this Renault Meganne Coupe Cabrio for myself! smiley Well, its aesthetic design and decent appearance are absolutely looking great and very striking on it!

I also love this car for being a simple but a very decent convertible car. Even the hygienic appearance of this one is very stunning on it, well I just wish that the engine that it had been quite good enough for it.

This one will surely satisfied its buyers. This convertible car is really quite impressive and awesome and at the same time a stunning one.

The interior seems so impressive, cozy and relaxing even the exterior styling is kinda cool for me though it only have a simple design but the car lines that it had adds more appeal on it.

The folding glass is pretty cool, but this car just wouldn’t make it. I don’t see anything original that sets it apart from a searing or a eclipse convert. And those wheels scream Ford Fusion.

What a beauty from Renault. Waiting for some more reviews on these cars.

With its strong personality and assertive character, the Mégane’s appealing, innovative lines have evolved to feature an even more eye-catching frontal styling and a more modern design for the rear. Mégane also comes with a range of new technologies aimed at enhancing comfort and driving pleasure.

I’m not impressed about the concept of this car and its not even attractive. Well, I guess the designer should learn more lot of cool design.

Like all of their other works, it comes with different sets of wheel spacers for the perfect fitment of the wheels.

As usual suspension spe t H&R came up with an adjustment kit for a brand-new car.

nice engine variants, with this consumer will have a chance to choose what engine they like.. and how much power they need.

I agree except for the removable roofs and the engine variations.

It looks like it’s based on the Eos.
