2011 Renault Wind-based ’Gordini by Gibson’

  Review

Renault, in collaboration with Gibson, is celebrating its second year at the Rock En Seine music festival with the unveiling of a one-of-kind Wind Gordini and a unique ’Gordini by Gibson’ electric guitar. The new "Gordini by Gibson" will be painted in a special blue livery with two white stripes.

The blue paint will be combined with gloss black feature across the bodywork and Gibson logos on the doors. The leather seats will feature a blue and white combination with Gibson logos embroidered on the seat backs. There is also a blue leather-trimmed dashboard, white seat belt straps, and chrome air vents and door handles to jazz up the otherwise boring model.

"We had tremendous fun designing the Wind-based ’Gordini by Gibson’ show car and carrying Gordini’s visual identity over to the Gibson SG ’61 guitar," says Julia Macfarlane, colours and materials designer at Renault. "I hope that we succeed in conveying the passion that fired us throughout the project and that visitors to the Rock en Seine festival will like the result."

The bodywork was impressive upon the paints they’ve used such as glossy blue and black. The wheels are greatly designed. The interior is perfect for me especially that it has a blue stains. I owe them with this wonderful creation.

For this type of car is very striking on its platform and body paint. For me it is a Very styled car, it look so futuristic as well. I would really have it for myself.

Gordini really looks cool now than before, and I truly love it more now! It already looks perfect on its exterior detailing. The only thing that I’m hoping now is the engine specification of it.

Well, I must say that I still preferred to have its original look and platform than this new model, but for the fact that this one is for a special edition of them, I can say that it’s quite irresistible.

I wonder if what will be the figure performance of this one? Anyway, I have to agree that it is absolutely looking great on its platform and aesthetic design.

Very styled car, it look so futuristic as well. The elegant color and wheel are well blended even the headlights and parallel lines designed to it. Totally like it.

The side rim is really impressive, and I love the sporty appearance of this Gordini. I’m just wondering on the other specs of it most especially on its figure performance.
