Roush Performance today unveiled the Nitemare F-150, a 100 units limited edition that the company says will be the biggest nightmare for all the other pickup. Based on a standard cab version of the F-150, the Roush Nitemare is powered by a 5.4L, 3 valve engine that delivers 445 hp and a peak torque of 500 lbs. Roush introduces the first dedicated propane-powered F-150 pickup truck using an advanced liquid propane injection (LPI(TM)) system. The Roush F-150 LPI(TM) is designed and manufactured to operate solely on propane while providing the same horsepower, torque and drivability of an F-150 equipped with a gasoline-powered 5.4-liter, 3-valve Triton(TM) V-8 engine. It is well-known that only 100 of the new 2007 ROUSH Stage 3 BlackJack Mustangs will be built, and it was initially thought that all of those would be coupes. At the helm was Evan Smith, editor of Muscle Mustang & Fast Fords magazine who is a very accomplished racer. Watch the video to see some trackside action and a little more detail about the vehicle.
