The xB enters the 2011 model year with fresh exterior styling including changes to the front and rear bumpers, grill, headlights and taillights, which together reveal a more aggressive demeanor. The new front bumper features enlarged outer vents, improving the appearance of the vehicle’s stance. The front grille features a new honeycomb pattern and improved headlamp design. The single rear backup lamp has been integrated into combination lamps to produce a more refined appearance. The 2011 xB will be available in seven exterior colors including the all-new Army Rock Metallic and Elusive Blue Metallic. Hypnotic Teal will no longer be offered in the xB color palette.

Changes to the 2011 xB’s interior offer significantly more comfort and convenience to all of its occupants. Driver- and front-passenger seats are redesigned to include larger bolsters for greater comfort and stability. Front and rear seats have a new light gray fabric with a geometric pattern for the seating surfaces contrasted by black fabric covering the bolsters, bases and backs. A combination center console with sliding armrest has been added to increase driver comfort and utility. Improved gauge-cluster design with black background, along with a separate clock and outside temperature display, provides better visibility to information. Completing the changes, the steering wheel now includes both telescopic and tilt functions.

Scion XB had a very confusing platform, but it will surely can get lots of attention. smiley Anyway, the metallic body paints that they use for it, is truly looks so striking for this vehicle.

Still, the xB’s market share clearly is suffering since the introduction of other boxy competitors such as the Kia Soul and the Nissan Cube. The accessories may make the Scion look better, but to me they just emphasize how slow this poseur car is.

thanks uncia for enlightening me up.

The interior is huge. Very relaxing, its going to be fun driving that machine. The sale price is very tempting and exterior color is very hypnotic.

@ Jared smith the xB has far more interior space than the Nissan Cube. If you look up the interior volume rates you’ll see that there is no comparison.

Sweet. Well, I wonder if Scion Racing could also make this a drift car. I mean they make a lot of cool Scion cars spin around in circuits and even Tanner Foust drifted in Mulholland Drive’s using a Scion ride. It was a pretty neat video BTW. Y’all should check it out.

Better looking than the nissan cube, but i guess nissan cube has a lot more space inside.

It’s a great car for what it’s supposed to be: a practical, reliable and fun vehicle aimed at college kids, but for anyone over age 30 it seems a little unsophisticated.

This car looks pretty good to me, I really like the interior stuff on there, & the rear lights actually looks a bit better than it’s previous version even if it looks a bit similar.

Great work Scion team! smiley

Still ugly as hell.
