I like the new face lifted Octavia, I tested on of those lately and I was really impressed by the interior quality
You will definitely admire the interior and exterior designs of this model. Equipped with a five-speed manual gearbox, but an option of a six-speed automatic gearbox.
If you’re in the market for a new vehicle and Volkswagen’s Czech Republic brand ?koda is not on your list…well potentially you are missing some great products form one of Europe’s hottest brands.
IMO a 1.8 and 2.0 engine displacement just fine for Urban driving and flat off road, but when it comes to hill climb a 2.0L is not suited for the hill climb.
This car will not do heavy mileage as a second vehicle so I also thought £1800 was a big premium for only 20% more mpg. For a vehicle that seemed to tick a lot of your boxes I was surprised you only gave it 3 stars.
The taller suspension makes the Scout waterbed comfortable. It’s as relaxing as being asleep. On the M40 between junctions 8 and 9, the road surface is bad enough to reduce even a Rolls-Royce to its component parts. But the Scout just glides.
