Startech revealed at the Geneva Motor Show a tuning kit based on the current generation Chrysler 300C. The tuning kit adds front spoiler and custom-tailored mounting elements with daylight running lights, giving the 300C a more sportier look.
The Startech Chrysler 300C is powered a 3.0-liter V6 common-rail turbodiesel engine that bumps power output from standard 218 hp (214 hp SAE net) / 160 kW to 262 hp (259 hp SAE net) / 193 kW at 4,000 rpm. Even more important for everyday driving is the increase in torque from 510 Nm to 580 Nm (376 to 428 lb-ft), available already between 1,600 and 2,800 rpm.
The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) is shortened from 7.6 (wagon: 7.9) seconds for the production car to 7.2 (Touring: 7.5) seconds with STARTECH SD6 tuning. Top speed grows to 238 (wagon: 232) km/h (149 and 145 mph).
Press release after the jump.
