2011 Tata Pixel Concept

Poor Tata .

On any other motor show, their cute little concept vehicle called the ’Pixel’ would have gathered its fair share of attention. Unfortunately, it’s the Geneva Motor Show, where every automaker and their mother are all looking to put their best feet forward in all their attempts to showcase their latest rides.

So the Pixel has gone on largely unnoticed. So we’re here to show some love to our buddies over at India and give the Pixel its just do.

For starters, the Pixel Concept has got a few features that will surely endear Tata to futuristic city-car lovers, including the set of scissor doors that opens all the way up to save external ergonomic space. It also has a new transmission called the "Zero Turn toroidal traction-drive Infinitely Variable Transmission" (IVT). What it does, apart from all the standard items on its list, is rotate one rear wheel forward and the other backward that when combined with acute angles on the front wheels, allowing the car to have a turning circle of just 8.5 feet.

As for the engine, there’s nothing exciting about. It’s a 1.2-liter turbocharged diesel engine that carries an estimated fuel consumption of a pretty efficient 69 miles per gallon.

Say what you want about Tata and the Nano, but you have to give the Indian automaker some credit for thinking way out of the box with their Pixel Concept.

It’s cute, charming, and stylish - three qualities that you can’t say about the Nano.

I’m looking forward to this concept to push it to its production. Some think its has capabilities on marketing itself; Others think this must remain a concept.

Tata should really make it up to market. This Pixel has capabilities to market itself. Based on its appearance, we can say that Pixel undergone some drastic changes to achieve this impressive result.

I’d choose this over the two Tata productions!

It’s the most affordable, isn’t it?

I wonder what’s the most popular feedback about it. For sure, the decent ones were given by women.

If it isn’t obvious much, this is immensely popular with women and any normal person who loves a mini compact car of cutesy.

Well, It’s a city car right? I don’t trust its headlamps. Are they sure that it can light up the road? The roads in the city are well-lit, but how about the outskirts? It’s a problem ahead.

At least, this is a few times better than the Nano. Pixel will remain as Tata’s cutest production.

It’s oozing of cuteness! I bet this will be most famous to women and girls!

This car actually defines the true meaning of the word "cute". The concept is uniquely impressive and very charming. Tata Motors should line it up in the market.

Oh, too bad it got quite neglected! For sure, there must be still some who got their eyes locked at this. It’s really cute and simple.

This is the cutest concept car I’ve ever seen. All the parts of this 2011 Tata Pixel Concept car, especially the scissor doors and I love how it opens all ways up.

The concept of this car is impressive. Even the bumper has the pixelated holes for the engine which is quite new and fresh in my eyes. What a concept to have viewed? Amazing.

This type of car look so cute on its platform and other detailing. It looks like a baby turtle for me. For me the look is really impressive for a concept car like this one.

The look is really impressive for a concept car like this one, but I think it is much looking better if it only has a simple platform design. I must say that the classy look and elegance of its color are kind of impressive at all.

It was really amazing; it looks like a white bunny car. The style of interior and exterior are very fashionable. So if this car were placed on the market, many consumers will be much preferred for this.

I hope that they really had a plan to put this one on the market! I am absolutely looking forward to seeing this one on the market soon. smiley Anyway, I love the aesthetic body design of it and even the uniqueness of it.
